these pills are amazing! i haven’t taken them for a full month yet but i am noticing a little hair growth already. also they work incredibly fast. my hair has been damaged for the last year. i took these pills on day 3 of unwashed hair. i woke up with my hair feeling so soft literally overnight. and it was a significant difference. everybody’s body is different but these are working wonders for me. can’t wait to see progress in 6 months!

This biotin does what it says it will do. I’ve stopped losing hair, I’m growing new hair and my nails are getting stronger. I take it religiously. Great capsules too- not awful pill capsules but tiny little slippery pills. Highly recommend. Look at my ponytail!

I have tried other biotin products with mediocre results. Since losing a lot of weight and other health issues I noticed my nails and hair being affected . My nails were weak and my hair thinning . I decided to try this after reading the reviews. Not really expecting much. I love the sleek packaging! The pills are small and have no taste .I am on my second bottle and wow ! I have a medical issue that requires me to change medications several times a year. The reason I stop most meds is bc my hair gets super thin or comes out in chunks leaving small bald spots.I talked with my Dr about taking Biotin bc my hair was always shedding (couldn’t wear black tops) and when I showered, it came out in clumps. I did a lot of crying and whining!!One of the nurses told me specifically to buy this brand of Biotin (along with psyllium and calcium pills) twice a day. I am not one to post reviews, but this really works. BUT GIVE IT TIME. About 45-60 days. There’s no longer long blonde hair everywhere, I don’t have to pull my hair back when cooking/baking, very little hair comes out when showering. I love it, it works, I don’t NEED it right now but still use just to keep hair healthy. I highly recommend to anyone wanting stronger, thicker hair. (PS: my hair has highlights)

I've taken these pills for 50 days now. At the beginning I saw improvement in my hair, not falling out as before. But after the 30 day using these pills, my hair started falling at it's frequent pace. I'll take a break from these pills and resume in 1 or 2 months.The good thing is that the pills are super small which makes them asy to swallow. The ingredients list is short and easy to identify what you are taking.

I have now been using this for 5 months now and my hair and nails have been stronger and it really helps my hair with growth as my hair always grew slowly. Highly suggest this.
