AWESOME stuff. I found myself taking 25 mg of melatonin per night and still waking up in the middle of the night. I was concerned my body didn’t know how to make melatonin anymore so I randomly switched to this one night. It works! I fall asleep within 20-30 mins of taking it and if I do wake up at night, I can always fall back asleep on my own. So great! Just the usual morning grogginess (nothing a couple cups of coffee can’t solve) and I actually have dreams and feel rested in the morning. Worth a shot if you struggle with falling and staying asleep!

I tried this and it took about an hour to fall asleep. I slept all night but woke up so drowsy. So hard to get going, felt this way all morning. For me it’s not worth feeling that way the next morning. Will not take again.
