I do a lot of public speaking, often while speaking I get dry mouth. These tablets stick to the roof of your mouth and allow you to still speak clearly while keeping your mouth from becoming dry! I’ve tried other lozengers and gels that didn’t work nearly as good.

I didn’t like the having to place the discs on my gums , very uncomfortable , but it does moisturize a dry mouth .. it has no flavor .

I have been using this product since December of 2023 because of dry mouth due to my medication. Because of my medication, I am always DRY EVERYWHERE especially my mouth. I heard dry mouth causes tooth decay and so my orthodontist recommended these when I had braces. Works pretty well but sometimes sticks out through my cheeks which looks weird. Unless I put two at once, the hydration paste doesn’t distribute evenly on all my teeth unless I use my tongue to slide the paste on all my teeth. It lasts like 2-3 hours max. ALSO ITS SOOOO PRICYYYYYY. I go through 2-3 boxes a month. That’s 35 bucks with taxes every month for something that doesn’t fully satisfy my mouth dryness. 😔😔😔

Performs exactly as advertised: Immediately through 4 hours. If overnight, second application usually easy; even if half asleep (I initially apply with left hand…followed by right hand).

The media could not be loaded. I like that they last longer to stop my dry mouth when I’m sleeping and awake than any other medication I’ve tried. They stay stuck to your gums wherever you put them. Worked so well I gave some to my nephew to try out. They have a very mild minty flavor. The tablet does not show a bump under your cheek even though it feels like it. The brown side sticks to your gum line and has a little concave shape to fit comfortably. Switch where you put it or can cause irritation just from the pressure from your cheek.Only downside is that one doesn’t last all night. If I didn’t have dogs I would keep one on my nightstand to add. But this product is so incredibly poisonous to dogs I won’t chance it.
Do not take if you have chronic GERD
This product might work for people who suffer from dry mouth. But if you have GERD, be sure that this will trigger heartburn and you will be belching all day.

It's a must try...EXECELLENT.This product is amazing. It made my sick uncles's day much more tolerable - as his liquid intake is limited. It has added 2 hours to his sleep time.

I was completely amazed after using the XyliMelts. I use one every night and have been able to sleep and not wake up with an extremely dry mouth. They work extremely well and are worth every penny. Highly recommend.

They do work, keeps your mouth moist for a few hours. I used 2 at night and they did moisten quite a bit. then I tried just one and it worked fine. I do find them a bit expensive with the postage fee, but worth the money if you can get a good night sleep without constant dry mouth which is a relief.
