Unless you have a specific need for something like VSL#3/Visbiome, this is, from my experience, simply the best probiotic on the market.I wish it was shipped better, because Bolo tends to ship it in a bubble-wrap bag instead of a box, so when it arrives, the package is usually open from being crushed during shipping, but I have yet to run into an issue with the capsules themselves. The blister package the capsules are in does a good job of protecting them, but I can see that the shipping has the potential to cause damage, depending on how it is handled, and should be addressed.However, the product itself is top notch. I have yet to try the new "Pro" formula, sold exclusively on Bolo, and will likely continue to buy the non-Pro formula until it is unavailable due to the success I have had with it. Unlike other probiotics, which may never show results, the positive effects from Align are noticeable for me after only two doses.This has my highest recommendation.

I've struggled with stomach issues on and off over the last 15 years, mainly diarrhea but sometimes cramps, discomfort, and nausea too. I would usually be okay if I avoided fried foods or too much dairy but over the last year it started getting worse again. Every time I would go out for a walk I always made sure there was a bathroom nearby since I never know what could trigger it. It was embarrassing. I talked to my doctor and after blood tests and stool tests were all normal as they had been in the past, my doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist who suggested I try Align. I don't think it has "cured" me completely but it has definitely reduced how often I get diarrhea; and even if I do get diarrhea it isn't as uncomfortable as it used to be and I don't get any more than 1 or 2 episodes of diarrhea in a given day. I do still get diarrhea 1 or 2 times a month but it is not so bad. I've been taking it for about 8 months. Align is not a cure all for IBS issues but it certainly does help a lot.

This was recommended to me by a friend that works at a GI doctor’s office. It is the best probiotic ever! If I skip it a day, I can tell a difference. Do not buy the generic brand if this, only the original al works, at least for me!

I've been taking Align probiotic as suggested by my doctor for severe acid reflux. The proper way to use it is to take it 30 minutes before eating which is the best way for the ultimate results. If I miss taking it one day I can feel the difference. Finding it on Bolo is great because of price and the ability to subscribe delivery. Since it is in a capsule there is no flavor or aftertaste

I called the company because I noticed that this product’s new dose is 10mg, when it used to be 4 mg. Also it’s no longer packaged in the Monday-Sunday blister pack. I once tried their Pro formula which is 20 mg. and I did not do well with it, so I was hesitant to try this new 10mg. dose. I was told that they have a new distributor, and I will still get the recommended amount of this strain of probiotic, but the dose is a little stronger. I decided to try it, and I did do well with it after taking it daily for a few days. I wonder if the new distributor is unable to make the blister packs? Align has stated that the blister packs keep the capsule potent. Maybe that’s why they increased the dose, because it loses some potency in the plastic bottle? I don’t know, but I’m happy it’s still working for me!

Having some issues so doctor advised me to get Align Probiotics and not anything else if I wanted results and get them right away. I started taking them the next day and wow, amazing.I only had one question: where haven they been all my life?”Great product. On the expensive side but does everything your body needs. Amazing.
Package was opened and sealed with tape!
Received the package which was damaged and taped back with scotch tape. Unfortunately Bolo did not allow a return. Terrible product do not purchase!!
