Our dog drips so much water on the floor after drinking from her water bowl. We had a silicone tray to contain the drips, but she moves her head so much that water was just getting trapped under the tray. This has been a much better fix for us as it soaks up the water and allows it to evaporate instead of getting trapped.

Purchased 2 of the Soggy Dog Mats to place under my dog’s food and water bowl stand. Unlike other mats and towels I used for this purpose it stays in place and doesn’t slip around. They are super absorbent for spilt water and food crumbs shake right easily. They also wash and dry well and are cutie.

I have three pit bulls, two are 8 months old. I was looking for an absorbent mat for under their water bowl. I don't like the rubber mats because they just hold the water. I have had this mat for several months. It is exactly what I was looking for. It absorbs all the excess water that falls out of the dog's mouths. I was worried it would smell moldy but I wash it every other week with vinegar and it doesn't smell at all. I would definitely recommend this product!

We just rescued a 2yr old hound mix from our local shelter. We've always had smaller dogs in the past. We were not ready for our big girl to soak our floor by drinking water! I was using an old bath towel but it didn't look good and really didn't do a good job. The towel stayed wet all the time. I was looking online for some type of mat to buy when I came across the doggy slopmat and I'm so glad I did! This mat does the job!!!!! No need in looking for anything else..stop now!!! The size is awesome! There is plenty of room in front of the water bowl for water to spill out on and it soaks it right up. We have a family of four doggies that love to spill water all over the place. We’ve tried towels, different mats, etc and nothing worked. My husband didn’t believe it would work and I was skeptical but the reviews were great so I decided to try it. It is great, we have a fraction of the amount of water than we used to have around the water dish. This just absorbs so much. Easy wash and dry. Highly recommend.

This does soak up the water but, her 2 dishes (water and food) barely fit on it. I measured the rug I was using and ordered that size. This is NOT that size.

The mat is a great size to put under a single dog bowls or a small dog bowl stand. Works well for the purposes we need it for and seems to be soaking up most of the water from our very messy puppy..

Protects my floor from muddy, wet paws and feet!
Ordered two of these on the advice of multiple users on a forum I belong to and along with the product reviews on Bolo. As the wet autumn/winter is coming I wanted to protect my tiled floor from muddy, wet paws and feet! The mat arrived this morning and looks lovely, feels really soft and within a couple of hours had been used multiple times! There were only a few slightly damp paw prints next to the mat whereas the mat itself feels wet and you can see the dirt that has been removed from the paws. The mat looks great, feels great, looks and feels well made and appears to be doing exactly what it was purchased for, I am really pleased.
