I used this as soon as it was delivered. I had some trepidation due to the reviews saying that they experiences discomfort and that it was too large or that the holes were sharp.. But I had no such issues.The nozzle is much bigger than that of a disposable enema, obviously. The best way to explain the size is to say it has the girth of an average adult man's thumb- about three times as thick as an average disposable enema. It is by no means necessary to do any "stretching" to accommodate. If a tight entry is what you're worried about: using a latex or vinyl glove (like the kind sold for dishwashing) apply sufficient lubricant and insert your index finger into the rectum and massage in a circular motion, slowly and gently. Then, after you feel you can insert this enema device just remember to avoid clenching while removing, making sure to keep the bulb squeezed. The best option is to do this over a toilet or bath/shower drain. Keeping your muscles relaxed avoids squeezing the enema tube which certainly can cause abrasion. The plastic is flexible but the perforations can still scratch soft tissue.So that's my advice to people having trouble with this item. In my personal opinion, it is 100x more convenient than buying disposables or rigging a shower enema. It is somewhat large but would definitely fit in a suitcase or backpack for the active male on the go (whether you use it for health or *ahem* recreation)

THIS IS MY NEW OBSESSION! One of the medications I take leaves me constipated sometimes for days straight (seriously, sometimes it gets so bad I start to look pregnant!) and this cleans me right out!The box it comes in could be a little less flimsy and weak, but that isn't much of a concern for me. I just need to find a sanitary way to store it. They aren't kidding when they say "oversized" and "heavy flow". My fiance was interested in trying out an enema for the first time and when I pulled out the part that you insert, he looked intimidated! I've only ever used two disposable enemas before and they never really felt like they really cleaned me out fully. Not only do I not like to be constipated, but I like to have some fun down there so it is a must to be clean and empty!I tried my first coffee enema with this (LET IT COOL DOWN!!) and the heavy flow felt amazing! The oversized insertion part made me feel confident that it would go deep enough, too. It did not hurt at all to insert, didn't even bother my hemmorhoids! It didn't take long at all for me to feel the urge to empty out and when I did everything cleaned out perfect. There was no mess at all and the product was easy to clean afterwards!The size of the pump is perfect, you can fit a bunch of liquid in there! Cleaning it is fairly easy and when you're done you can just pop the insertion into the pump for easy storage.I didn't try it as a vaginal douche because from what I understand vaginal douches can clean out good bacteria, too and lead to infection. That's just a personal health preference for me, nothing against the product.Overall a must have for anyone constipated, interested in anal play, or anyone who just wants to clean out! Or try a coffee enema for some extra pep in your step ;)

I use this when I travel locally and buy again on extended business travel.Stays in my “Go Bag”. Works fine for shallow cleaning. Lot of work for deep cleaning, but hey gurls gotta do what a gurls gotta do. Pony rides are fun.I’ve tried various... hand held douche bulbs, this particular one has worked best for me. Cheap too.

The two sized bulbs and stems are perfect for cleaning. I wanted a product to do some deep cleaning. The larger bulb (stem is inverted in the bulb when shipped) is a great size to provide ample volume without having to repeat as often as with smaller bulbs. Having read the other reviews, I did use an emery board to sand down any roughness (tip and along side spouts) very easily. Make sure that you tighten the stem completely into the large bulb and use (and re-use) adequate lubrication before inserting. I would suggest use in the shower.Otherwise, I think this product is EXACTLY what I was seeking.

This product is the worst enema I have ever used. Do not waste your time or money on this, or you will regret it!The bulb is too big, and the nozzle doesn't connect to the bulb well and it leaks, no matter how hard it screws in to the base.The nozzle is TOO BIG. I have used various enema systems and this one is by far the largest dismayed nozzle I have ever seen! And that's not to mention the small SHARP holes at the end of the nozzle! Also, it must be inserted at least an inch or the water will leak out the other two sets of small holes.The design itself is great but unless you're going to use an obscene amount of non water based/silicon lube it will be uncomforatable if not painful.

Although this method isn’t the most efficient or most effective way to freshen up the backdoor, this product does the job it is intended for. It gets gets you clean and clear for whatever purpose you may need to be. Small, compact and great for a first timer.

i love that it's curved. It's easy to enter then being straight forwarded. The water flow is comfortable as well, with the multiple water exits it leaves a very calm flow. It's also easy to be cleaned and it looks pretty discreet.A lot comment that you have to be a "power bottom" to fit. This is a ridiculous comment. With all anal products you have to gently massage the area. You can't and shouldn't just be able to shove something up your rectum as if it's nothing.Anyways. It's a great product. I'm in love. & I will continue to buy replacements when needed. Thanks healthy vibes!!

Lo usé para cosas cosas que no se pueden decir por aquí. Pero es muy sencillo de usar. Para más comodidad, recomiendo sumergir la parte que se introduce en agua caliente o tibia y recubrir con jabón para facilitar la introducción del artículo.Es rápido, sencillo y de verdad indispensable para cuando quieras darte un lavado

El material y capacidad son buenas. Sin embargo, los orificios de la punta son incómodos al momento de extraerlo (quizá es cuestión de sensibilidad, pero me pareció hasta doloroso por el efecto de succión que se genera) y termina siendo una experiencia estresante. Después de usarlo confirmo preferencia hacia el diseño clásico con un solo orificio al final de la punta.
