Yes they are round and big (depending on amount of nic in them) and not invisible (tan color) but the fact you get 30 in each box compared to the name brand is a huge plus! You only get 14 in the name brand type. So one box lasts me a whole month. That's a huge savings. The "glue" is not the best (name brand is better) but I have never had a problem with them falling off. Not if you apply them right. Make sure after applying that you press down with your palm for half a min. then press gently all around the outer ring part. Your palm "heats" up the glue. Main point is that I have been trying (succeeding) to quit smoking and on a tight budget so getting almost double the amount at a cheaper price is a huge +. The only negaitive's I have regarding this brand is that they do cause me to itch a little ("glue") and that they cannot be worn while swimming. They fall off in pool. But have not had any problem with hot steamy showers. I think it might be the clorien in pool?

I finally did it!!! I wanted to wait to write this review, because I wasn't sure it was going to work. I didn't want to put a success story review out there, only to come up short. It actually worked for me. I quit January 15th 2017. I haven't had a single cigarette since I did all 3 steps of these. I am highly impressed at how well they work. I did originally have a few cravings, but they went away after a day.These will work if you want them to. You still have to really want to quit for them to be effective. It is still hard, but these make it sooooo much easier. With the use of these patches I would never go back to smoking in my life. I would say these even work better than the other top brands available. These are very affordable, at nearly half the cost of the leading brands. I swear by these, and my sister is right on the verge of quitting herself. These can literally SAVE YOUR LIFE!

I’d give 5 stars if the Adhesive didn’t irritate me.. I cut off the outer edge.. The product itself .. I think works.. As I did not buy this product to quit smoking but for the Nicotine itself and it’s enhance for brain ( cognitive) function.. Will continue to use.

I did not write many reviews but I felt guilty for not writing one for Havitrol. ITook a chance when I ordered it because I had never heard of it before. I had used Nicoderm and one other brand but this one was cheaper and had pretty good reviews so I ordered it. It turned out to be a good decision. I would have been happy if it was comparable to the other brands but it turns out I much prefer this brand! It stayed on way better. NThe treatment strength was the same, delivery time was the same. So the price and th adhesive were so much better that choosing to stick with this brand is a an easy choice.

Best brand of nicotine patches with a 3 months simple plan (each step last 1 month) contrarily to other brands that have a too long 6 weeks first step. This is the best deal I saw on the Internet for the price and quality. The patches are efficient, stay in place very well and I have never had allergic reaction to the glue like with the other brands. I can take a shower with it, no problem. I started with step 1 (21 mg patches) as I was a big smoker and now successfully finishing the third step and I'm not craving for cigarette at all.

It's no better or worse at sticking than CQ, but a much better value. The trick with keeping them on is to make sure you don't put it over somewhere hairy, and apply pressure to the outer glue ring for a few seconds after putting it on. Also find an area where the skin doesn't stretch very much, like the side of your shoulders, which work best for me. Keep in mind the glue is only on the outer ring of the patch, so don't expect the medicated area to assist with the sticking.Also unlike CQ, this doesn't create (for me) major skin inflammation which up to a couple weeks, but sometimes it does itch. I guess that's inherent in all nico patches so you have to resist the urge to scratch otherwise you make the inflammation worse.

I guess I've sort of made up my own quitting process. I was already using 4mg nicotine lozenges to avoid taking smoke breaks while at work, so when I had smoked my last cigarette, I started using those all the time. After about 6 weeks, I moved down to 2mg lozenges. But I really want to get off them completely, since they're sort of a habit by themselves. I decided to go with the 7mg patch and (as advised on the label) use a 1mg lozenge when I'm really getting twitchy.The patch is okay. It's a low dose, so I can't really tell it's doing its job, but it doesn't irritate my skin the way the 21mg patch did a million years ago when I tried to quit before. However, all those reviews that say it doesn't stick...? They're on to something. Within about two seconds of applying the patch, the edges start peeling up. Fortunately, it manages to stay in place all day, probably because I don't do anything but sit at a desk and type all day. But if I had a job that required any real movement, I'd probably be out of luck.

Great patches, way cheaper than the name brands and just as good. Used correctly these are awesome, the key is to not smoke with them on LOL. They fair pretty well after a shower if you're careful and aren't bad to wear while working out. They can itch like a son of a gun but hey that's better than lung cancer. Also don't wear in the same spot over and over again. If you continue to smoke with these on you will find yourself worse off than when you started. Nicotine is no joke!
