These are sour Cherry tart but are still tasty. I take them for muscle cramps and spasms. If I take regularly I do feel a difference I sleep better too.

I think these work pretty well. I mainly bought to help with anxiety. I do feel kinda zen about an hour after taking them. They make me sleepy, so I take before bed. Warning they are very tart in flavor.

I have seen all the reviews about the taste and texture of these chewable. They are very tart and kind of sour at first. After a few days you get used to the taste and it isn’t so bad.The texture however is hard and gritty. I am used to chewables and I will continue to use these as the alternatives are the giant horse pills that I cannot swallow however sometimes they can be a lot of chew and make you want to gag or go immediately brush your teeth to get rid of the leftover grit.I have taken them for a week now and I am unsure if they are even working. I’m taking them for migraines so I guess I will find out during my cluster cycle.

I made the mistake of buying 3 of these. I can barely tolerate them. They seem so acidic I worry they are stripping off the tooth enamel. I have difficulty with large pills so I'm always looking for good alternatives. This is not one of them. Idk. Maybe by the time I get through the third bottle I'll get used to them. Probably not
