Im a big fan of these and use them for everything from sushi, to soup. Its worth noting that this is a product of South Korea. The sheets are not all perfect and might have pieces missing but I find that to be true of most brands. I always have this on hand, and would recommend it to anyone who likes seaweed.

I appreciate the seller for providing fresh 파래김(parae-gim) in US. It reminds my memory of sea smell. So fresh and crispy. Just make 4 pieces. Put rice and soy sauce on top and wrap it each time and eat immediately. You can roast on stove too.*Not for gim-bob but I don’t mind holes as long as smells so good. Ok to make California toll like rice is outside.*Please do not expect thick black Nori. This is greenish thin paper like seaweed. I am sad when I read a comment of 30 year experience sushi chef’s. He may not be Korean to recognize 파래김 (paraegim) text. Sushi chefs do not use Paraegim to make gimbob or Roll.*Simply 3 different types of seaweed in S.Korea - Gimbob-gim (Sushi Nori), Parea-gim, and Dol-gim. For sushi, Paregim is too thin and Dolgim is too rough/swell later breaking the shape. That’s reason not good for sushi although you can still use it.

it's incredibly fresh and delicious. The taste is amazing, and I love it so much that I keep two packs in the freezer to enjoy whenever I want. The only downside is that it's slightly thinner than regular nori, so it can tear more easily. However, apart from that, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

Best seaweed . Fresh you can get. You can put in the plastic bag then break up little pieces sprinkles top of the salad , soup. If you love seaweed..just eat like snack. love it. Even my cat loves it. Some people complain about this. They don't know anything about seaweed.

I am an extremely busy sushi chef, instructor and caterer. Over 30 years. I inadvertantly ran out of seaweed laver (nori) right before an engagement and had no time to go through my regular supply chain. Figured great, Bolo can send me a pack by tomorrow.This laver is so so thin, and so full of holes, it looks like Swiss cheese. Many sheets had huge "corners" missing. The quality was beyond strange.I had no idea, until I opened the pack right before leaving to teach my class.I was humiliated. What a disgrace. I doubled, and sometimes tripled the sheets, in order to use them. Thank God my fish and vegetables were pristine and my class was gracious.This is not a returnable product.I live on a lovely farm road, and the pigs and chickens next door will be enjoying the bulk of this item, as it is not fit for anyone who enjoys sushi.These sellers should be ashamed of themselves.
