Excellent oil! The flavor is fantastic. I was adding it to salads and it is subtle yet aromatic. I was also taking it by spoon on empty stomach as I bought it to help my intestines to heal from ulcer and just to help with digestive issues and it is really helpful. I am pretty sure you can't cook with it but is very palatable if you are taking it as a supplement by itself. But I used to also pour it on my vegetables, salads, anything else I cook - just adds a bit of pleasant flavor and helps your digestion! I would definitely recommend this product over some other cheaper ones out there (but I tried others and flavor seemed artificial - this one is you can tell fresh nuts)

I was at my wits end in trying to learn ways to heal my stomach. I have been dealing with stomach problems for as long as I remember. I have been dealing with recurring ulcers, H. Pylori, and now chronic gastritis. I have lived on everything from Nexium, Prevacid, Pepcid AC,antibiotics and more.I finally decided to look for natural ways to heal my gut once since nothing was working.. I started researching and came across Siberian Pine Nut Oil's website. The testimonials were authentic and real people dealing with similar stomach issues. I thought what can I lose? I know that pine nuts are good for me so why not try this? I am so happy I did. I started taking 1 tbsp 2 x per day for this past week and I am definitely feeling less pain and for the first time in a long time! I am hopeful it will cure my stomach pain once an for all. I will still watch my food triggers but this product is working! I feel better already and have only been on this product for 1 week!

I appreciate this company,I am very happy To have opportunity to buy my favorite oil on Bolo. Specialst company they are represent different variety of oils , I am using this product for few years. It is still the same great quality. You can use this oil (beside taking orally ) on your skin also.I am highly recommended to every one. The smell and taste just right. I am from Siberia :) I know what I am talking about. . Of course it is more respons from your body if you in yoga . I am going to mention about this oil in my yoga studio. One more important thing, pay attention for packing. It supposed to be in clear glass bottle and the best way to have cork cover like a good vine has. Please if anybody from Specialist read this review will you create those corks from pine cider leftovers . It will help preserve better the oil.

Great quality oil and taste fresh. I’m very happy with this brand. I will keep buying it. Their products are very high quality. The color of the oil is beautiful golden color depends on which oil you have. I ran out of the pine nut oil unfortunately so I don’t have the picture of that bottle but now I’m trying the Camelia Oil and the Milk Thistle oils as each has different qualities and benefits.I just made a big batch of smoothie, I take one teaspoon of 2-3 oils with it so all vitamins that absorbs with oil will be absorbed. You also get Omega 3,6,9 depends on which oil you take. When I juice I also drink some oil with it to absorb the vitamins and minerals.I recommend to buy 3 different bottles at a time to get maximum benefits of these golden oils.🧡I highly recommended this brand 🧡

I submitted an updated review a month ago, and see Bolo never posted it, so trying again.My original order arrived open and sticky, and I threw it out. Bolo refunded me.The company on it’s own mailed me 2 replacement bottles -one the product I ordered, and one with resin- which I wasn’t expecting, and was thrilled about; alas, the direct replacement had black mold in the neck of the completely sealed bottle. Yes. Threw it out.Around a month goes by, and my doorbell rings, and it’s UPS with a box FROM RUSSIA. I open it and there are 2 new bottles, with a personal letter apologizing to me about the standards of the items I’d received from the Bolo warehouses here, and that these were from the new harvest just weeks ago. Wow. I wasn’t sure what it was, so had opened it in front of the UPS guy -he was curious as well, lol- and we both were so impressed/astonished at this sincere level of not just Customer Service, but understanding on the Hospitality Industry(yes, this includes good retail), and bemoaned how we wish this was still the norm, everywhere.The new bottles were indeed fresh. I've been using for about four weeks and it has seemed to improve my GERD symptoms.You may feel some discomfort the first few times you take it at least from my personal experience. I've been dealing with GERD for about 9 months and this has really helped me eat some of my normal foods once more. I wouldn't say you should go crazy eating what you want but it's nice to be able to indulge on some of my favorite foods here and there. I hope it in time it can help cure my GERD but so far I'm happy with the results.

I thought this would be a pungent oil but purchased for its health benefits. However - it is so tasty added in my salad!! Without using heat to alter it, or anything, I mix this - 1/2 tablespoon and 1/2 tablespoon with olive oil. Knowing that it adds variety and unique nutrients to my diet, you can look up pine nut oil benefits, too bad I did not try it long ago! The light green color alone is telling that it’s good quality and pure. The bottle is not large; I believe I’ll consume it way before recommended three months after opening.
