This product works. I bought the full course of the 3 steps and used over 2 months. Once done, I was a free man.The first week was the most difficult. You would need a bit of will power when these patches to get you through it. I also used vabing occasionally during the first month.The only issue I had was with step 1 patches as they tend to come off sometimes. I had to enforce it with a tape on a number of occasions but in other times I would just press on it for a minute then it will stick again. No issued with step 2 and 3 patches. They sticks pretty well even in the shower.

I started on step 2 as a pack would last me about two days. I was not excited for the stress and grumpy that was about the happen apon quitting smoking. Also not to mention the issue of patches not sticking. However it was time. I bought this brand based on reviews and good price. Now let me tell you I am sooo glad I bought this. I have never had such a good experience with any other pactch, gum, ect. Cravings at a minimum. I am just in awe how smooth of a transition. I also like that the step 3 patches are smaller than step 2. As far as the patches sticking. They were not the worst. As long as they are put in a place that doesn't bend IE: chest, back shoulder ect. It sticks perfectly fine morning till the following morning. So far 3 weeks smoke free!!! This product 10/10 would recommend.

Its gets the job done but the adhesive could be better. Its not bad and rarely did the patches peel off. Usually when it did it was in my sleep due to the friction of tossing and turning. Overall a good product at a fair price.

The media could not be loaded. Use too long and you might get headaches. Make sure you take it off before bed or you will get nightmares. Other than that it helps to curve your cravings. Make sure you start out with the stronger version before using this one. They call this dosage STEP 3

They don’t stick to your skin even if following directions. They parents sticky on the whole sides so the edges catch clothing and slowly start to lift. Then fall off before the 25 hr wear period. Mine stayed for 10 hours max
