I didn't know if these patches were going to stick because of the other reviews but they stayed in place. It may have helped using rubbing alcohol on my skin before applying patch.

Step 1 should be "if you smoke more than a pack a day"Step 2 should be "if you smoke 12 sticks or more per day"Step 3 should be "if you smoke 10 sticks or less per day"I personally smoke less than 10 sticks per day. My first day went fine. No craving... Towards my first Step 1 patch 23 hours later, I started to have cravings. Took a shower, and pop in a fresh patch. Oh boy... Less than an hour, I felt so nauseous. It was so bad, had to remove the second patch. Felt sick the entire day.Waste of money.

These patches are a life saver.. If you take them as directed they are great.. I don't wear them at night because I do not want to have weird dreams, but I wear them and they work!!!!!!!!!

Works great! Takes away nagging cravings. Just concentrate on patch and know it's doing its job for us so we don't have to light up that nasty habit of a puffing our life away. One can chew crunchy gum (lots)... until the brain is retrained.

Similar to the 14mg patches of the same brand, these did not stick well. Regardless of how clean my skin was or what prep I tried, they'd peel at the edges shortly after application. This would cause them to eventually come off far before the 24 hour period was up. Sports tape can help but it shouldn't be necessary.I've never had this issue with the name brand patches. Aside from these and the name brand, I haven't tried any others so perhaps some others will work for you.
