This product is amazing. If you smoke cigarettes then you must wait 8 hours to use it. Once you place it on you get a rush of nicotine that gives you a nice buzz that lasts 15 minutes. I’m on my first week and I can say that I don’t get urges to smoke a cigarette. I get the right amount with this patch and enjoy my day eating food. I gained 2 pounds in just a week, imagine in 6 months I’ll gain 20-30 pounds. I love it. Oh and for the haters, this sticks on your skin. You gotta clean the area with alcohol and dry it off for this to stick, and you must press firmly for 15 seconds. Now I can enjoy fresh air and smell good again without a trail of smoke odor on my clothes. Good luck to all of you. I’m a believer now. 😍

I haven't smoked in 2 1/2 months and I really believe the patch helped me kick the habit. I was a smoker for 20 years and this was my first time to try this method. It didn't stay on well when placed on my arm (as other reviewers eluded to), so I put it on my shoulder blade instead. No issues at all in that location. It itched like crazy for about an hour the first few times I put it on, but that went away. I also noticed I wasn't able to sleep at all with the patch on, so I had to remember to remove it before bed, nbd imho. I used it for about a month and haven't smoked since! Thank you to Habitrol for helping me kick my unhealthy and nasty habit!!!!!!

These are terrible and they fall off while sleeping or throughout the day.

The product definitely provides sufficient nicotine to get through the day. But the adhesive caused really bad welts on my skin which eventually lead to scars. The last patch was over a month ago and I still have scar tissue on my arm

I believe the reason why this product doesn't have a 5 star review is the question about "flavor". Bolo, that's non-applicable to this product. Having said that, here's my review: Excellent product! I tried Step 2 with the NicoDerm patch and not only did it do nothing to control the cravings, it left a square burn wherever I placed the patch. I tried Chantix. The product worked great but I got a terrible rash after using the product for a week. Habitrol is a combination of the two products minus the burn and rash. Smokers know their triggers - coffee/alcohol, after meals, when we wake up in the morning, driving, toilet time, etc. I use Nirdosh herbal cigarettes for those times. Our society tends to believe no cigarettes are good for you, however, the Nirdosh herbal cigarettes are based onancient Ayruveda text. It applies healing as opposed to harm. This combination of Habitrol and Nicotine free Nirdosh cigarettes have changed my life.
