After reading the majority of negative reviews, I decided to do some in-depth research. As for previous customers who had previously made this purchase and the "NO RETURN" policy...a $100 bucks down the drain....no wayyyy!!Purchased: 1 1/2 week agoHow often do I smoke? 1pk (would last me about 3 days) Mind you, I'm that type of smoker that typically would smoke maybe half a cig and then smoke the other half, later. Yet, a drive from work (an hour) going and 1 1/2 hrs drive home. (The whole damn thing!) Lol. Brand: Amer Spir (Yellow), before that, Malb (Red's (Short)Price: $9-$10/pk.A little background --FemaleWeight: 155lbs, HAge: 53, Height:5'3) began smoking at 18-19. I've stopped many times before, but picked the habit back up.Stopped: Age: 23 (1yr before birth of daughter.) Started: Age: 29-33 (Oldest sis moved in while her house was "finished" being built...😡 She drove my ass crazy! Plus, she had just given birth to her son. Mind you, I was in an one bedroom apt! She was supposed to have "only" stayed 3-4 months. (It was damn near 6 WHOLE months!!) 😂 Not funny at the time.)Stopped: Age: 38-39Started: Age: 44-45 to present(Approximate and between the age(s) listed above. Not exact age.)Here's what I've been doing and learned thus far:***Days 1-2: I started with the 14mg, instead of the 21mg,. No headache or migraine.Applied: To right shoulderWhen: First thing in the morning and/or after shower. VERY IMPORTANT!! ***Day 3: Switched to 21mg and changed location of patch to left (upper chest) I placed mine approximately two inches from armpit(s).(Note:) By the end of day three, I dnoticeti thatI not smoking as often (you know 😆😂 like out of boredom, talking on the phone, I'm the car, pissed off...or, IMMEDIATELY after breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, wine and all the other in between times!) And I do not smoke the entire cigarette. (No, I do not save the remainder of cig for later.)Reason: My purpose is to stop once and for all!! Challenge: Also, started working out . And I keep in mind how hard it was to simply walk a mile (fast pace, light jog) on my treadmill. I read more, and go to the gun range. (Note:) I would suggest finding NEW ways of thinking to create new habits in order to get rid of this bad habit.So, here's the catch!! 👀..👀...👀Start with lower dosage, first. I started with the 14mg. One could possibly start with the 7mg.Next, "BEST" SPOTS: You can apply the patch to any clean, dry, hairless area of skin on your body: upper chest, back, upper arm, or hip. Avoid any areas irritated, oily, scarred, or broken skin. (For those of us, vaccinated back in the early 70's...do not place it over your vaccination mark.)***Day 7-Currently, Ive had the patch on my right side (upper chest.) I had only one cigarette. And I plan to move it to my list side, then my back and each side of my hips.I'll update llaterabout a month from now. Hope this helps? WE CAN DO THIS! YES, WE CAN! 😁Remember, it takes (7) days to form a habit and (21) days to break. You have to put your mind to it to do it! Theadhesive will slide off during shower/bath.Lastly, upon removing the patch from the package, peel off the protective strip. UPDATE 2/1/2024--ONE YEAR LATER. *** 5 STARS ***My husband is celebrating ONE YEAR since he quit smoking and has not touched a cigarette since. The irony is, now when he smells someone smoking; he understands why most hate the smell because he hates it. LOLHis car always smells fresh now so now I use his car if needed--Not before.Without a doubt, if you stick to this program and see my quick tips; it would and should work for you. He USED TO smoke for 20+ years 1 pk a day or so.Also, no headaches or migraines like the other competitors. And, no crazy nightmares. QUIT TODAY!***************************************************First of, I have to say that this product actually worked despite those negative reviews. My husband has been smoking religiously for over 20-years. We decided that we want to adopt kids, so his NYE resolution was to quit so kids don’t see those habits. So I bought him this kit.Jan 1: First patch applied. He was still smoking as usual about a pack per day.Jan 3: He did feel a bit nauseated due to nicotine overdose by having patch and smoking cigarettes at the same time. So he decided to reduce his cigarette intake, which helped with the nausea after a day or 2.Jan 5: He noticed that cigarettes were tasting quite nasty and chemically and so, he went down to smoking about 5 cigarettes per day from 20.Jan 15: Down to 2-4 cigs per day. No new symptoms.Jan 20: Down to 1 to ½ a cig per day.Jan 30: Last cigarette smoked less than 1/3 and it tasted so nasty to him.2/1 thru today 3/2: No cigs. He still has his last cig pack for over a month and he isn’t tempted. YAAAYYY!!!!He doesn’t complaint of wanting it. He just finish last week the final step. Now, he makes comments on how the cigarette smell is nasty and has not smoked even though his friends did. So PROUD!PRO: It effin works.CON:1) Last step patch are the only ones that had issues staying on since they’re really small. All others stayed fine even after a shower. But of course, ideally you want to do it after you shower.2) You may experience nicotine overdose if you still smoke cigs with patch on. Nothing to be alarm by in terms of going to the ER. But, you will feel nauseated. SimpleSolution, just reduce your cigarette intake.Overall, this product worked on my husband who again smoked for over 20 years. Trust the process. I will say though, if you can have your primary prescribe you Wellbutrin XL which is also to help quit smoking similarly to Chantax—you may see better results and maintain in quit status for long term.Also, you may experience shakes after you quit. After a month not smoking, he shakes a bit. But, primary hook him up for that.He hasn’t felt the need to fill the void by eating which he feared he will gain weight. He still eats like a bird. I have no choice but to stop smoking. I just got out of the hospital and my lungs are shot. My husband bought these patches for me to help with the cravings I was having. I started using these several days ago and haven't had the first craving. This brand doesn't make me dizzy or feel sick like I've heard other people complain about. So far it's been 15 days and no smoking and I'm not even eating everything in sight either. I don't know if these patches have helped with that or not but so far I think they are a true miracle. The only thing I wish they could improve on is that they don't stick as well as they should. I've heard the same thing about several other brands so I don't know what the problem is with that. Other than that I have no complaints at all with these patches. I've tried quitting before and never made it this long so I'm chalking that up to how good these patches are. I would highly recommend these to anyone that wants or needs to quit smoking.

This is a great product. My skin reacted strongly and I would get rashes from the patches, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I have finished the patches over a month ago and am thrilled to have finally quit.

Box arrived severely damaged but the product was fine…took 3 weeks to get which I found WAY too long for Bolo

The patches come off your body easily when you sleep, they are thick and can be uncomfortable, not worth the high price imo
