  • Habitrol Nicotine Patches come in three decreasing nicotine levels. During our 8-week step-down program, you’ll work your way through these steps, gradually reducing your nicotine dependency and improving your chances of quitting. When you try to quit smoking, your body craves the nicotine that you used to get from cigarettes. Without it, you may feel withdrawal symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, increased appetite and nicotine cravings. By helping to reduce your physical nicotine withdrawal symptoms, the patch helps you to concentrate on the psychological aspects of quitting and to change habits that “trigger” your nicotine cravings. Habitrol nicotine patches replace some of the nicotine that your body is used to—but without inhaling the cancer-causing chemicals in cigarette smoke. When applied, a single Habitrol patch gradually releases nicotine through your skin for 24 hours. This helps curb your withdrawal symptoms and helps increase your chance of quitting If you smoke MORE than 10 cigarettes per day: Start with Step 1 If you smoke 10 or LESS cigarettes per day: Start with Step 2 Use as directed. Results may vary. Includes Behavior Support Program with self-help guide

5.0 out of 5 stars I quit smoking and you can too!!

I haven't smoked in almost a half of a year!! I started with the 21mg patch, but after a couple of weeks, I realized the dose was too high for me, so I switched to 14mg. I never even went down to 7mg because, once the patch helped me break the habit of smoking, I started forgetting to put it on. After successfully quitting smoking, I decided it was time to quit nicotine altogether. I removed my last patch on a Thursday, felt a bit sluggish by Saturday, and by the end of Sunday, I felt perfectly fine. These patches are the only ones that didn’t feel like they were burning a hole through my skin. While no patch sticks perfectly, I found a solution—I purchased transparent film dressing to cover the nicotine patch each day, which kept it secure. I never had an issue after that. Just be sure to remove the patch slowly to avoid irritating your skin, and place it in a different spot each day. For example, I’d alternate between my arm, thigh, stomach, and lower back to prevent skin irritation.**If you’re reading this, it means you want to quit smoking—and I promise, you can do it!**

5.0 out of 5 stars Works for quitting vaping

    t. · July 9, 2020

By the time I was ready to quit vaping, I was sucking in way more nicotine than when I was smoking actual cigarettes. My vaping also knew no limits... I snuck hits off that thing everywhere I went- restaurants, department stores, airplanes, your asthmatic grandma's bathroom, you name it. When I woke up in the middle of the night, it was less than an arm's length away. Because I didn't have to step outdoors in the rain/cold/snow/heat/etc., anywhere I was and everywhere I went was a trigger to vape. I honestly didn't think there was any way the patch would work for me. I won't lie, quitting sucked. A lot. The patch turned out to be a lifesaver... People say that wearing it overnight causes weird dreams and/or nightmares but I didn't go anywhere without it. I kind of dug the vivid dreams, actually. I used another popular brand for the first three weeks of my journey. I switched to these (all three steps) for the remaining 7 weeks in order to save some money. My immediate thought when I ordered them was that I was a total idiot for prioritizing money over my health but these worked every bit as well. When I was scouring through reviews before purchasing any patches, I had a miserable time finding any testimonials from vapers vs. cigarette smokers. This is me reaching out from the other side to let you know it's possible. I started the patch on 12/2/2019 and today is 7/8/20.. no vaping, no cigarettes. Good luck and good on you for taking the first steps to get the f*** out of the smoking trap.Update: It's 2/6/21 and still free and clear from nicotine

My husband has smoked for years. They have helped him cut down. He has had reactions on his arm from them. But we think it’s because of the length of time he wears them

Had been using another brand - not the same results with these

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible customer service

    A.C. · October 10, 2024

I've ordered this product 3 times now. They do work if you truly want to quit . I was willing to keep trying. I ordered the same thing. 28 count of 21mg patches. I received 14 count of a far less superior product. Called habitrol and they told to contact Bolo. Well, Bolo told me to contact habitrol. Neither is willing to help solve this issue. I feel pretty ripped off.

5.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't leave behind a sticky red patch like the name brand

    C.O. · June 12, 2024

I'd quit before with the name brand patches you find in stores, and then tried to again, but I got annoyed and discouraged by the sticky red area I'd end up with at the end of the day. I could clean it off with alcohol, but it wasn't fun. These don't have that problem. They also don't sting like the other patches did when first applied. It's been 4 months since I quit, couldn't have done it without these.
