Ketovore here. I combine a teaspoon of the butter powder with a teaspoon of the HWC powder and some stevia. I then use a frother to blend... Delicious! It's less oily in the cup and doesn't make the coffee cold like regular butter out of the fridge. A frother works best; stirring with a spoon leaves lumps. Although I've only used the butter with coffee so far, I'm going to experiment with other recipes and meals. For example, I'm looking forward to trying this as part of a coating for air fryer chicken! The package is resealable and easy to store. Because refrigeration isn't required, I'm also looking forward to using this camping 🏕️

This worked very well for me when I was doing the Carnivore and then switched to the keto diet. It was so easy to use powder when making my egg white bread. Although I don't use this anymore, I am on the Mediterranean diet now. (medical reasons) I would still recommend this due to its convenience. Great product and a great company. I still order from Anthonys. I would recommend this product and company.

I've only used it to make cornbread. It came out ok. It didn't have the oily texture, but the bread tasted ok.I am learning to use powder because of arthritis in my hands. Especially milk.

The powder did not taste bad exactly. It has more of roasted nut taste to it then butter taste. I used in in a cake to try it out and it gave the cake an odd taste.
