I had some doubts about how this would work as my family members [men] are big and tall and some of the older friends I have don't feel comfortable on bar stools but this is a great design. Big enough for 6'3" son to sit on it comfortably and padded seat and deep enough for older person to sit comfortably. Sturdy, well made, easy to unfold. Arrived well packaged and super easy to unfold and set up. I like the dark wood look also as matches my existing decor. Doesn't look like an "extra" at all.

This folding barstool is awesome. Very pretty, very sturdy, very comfortable, and very well priced. The best price I've seen for a nice-looking folding bar stool with a back rest. It's perfect in my small bathroom. I'm very short and my bathroom counter is a bit high. I can unfold the seat, sit at the sink, brush my teeth, wash my face, etc without getting a sore back. When I'm done it folds up and out of the way. Two or three would be perfect for a breakfast nook or a kitchen bar area.

We needed counter height stools for a kitchen island and also stools that could be stored away when not in use to save space in a small area. These are extremely sturdy, and the padded seat makes them comfortable. There is a cross bar to rest your feet on so your legs aren’t dangling. We love the ease of folding up the seat so they can be stacked vertically against a wall or in a closet.

These bar stools are super nice! They are solid wood construction making them a bit heavier but not so heavy that they are awkward to carry. The seats are wide enough for comfort, moderately padded. The seat vinyl seems to be thick and strong enough to withstand wear. The base cross bars provide a pleasant foot rest. They do not fold flat exactly but are flat enough to tuck in a closet. Bought these to have extra seating at kitchen island and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful. Easy to fold. Come already assembled. I just added pads to the bottom of the legs to avoid damage on the wood floor.

Downsized house and kitchen. Bought a long, narrow table that was higher than normal to fit mostly just two people. The benches that came with the table weren't what we were looking for but wanted something that was adaptable and relatively inexpensive. These chairs meet all our requirements - more than reasonably comfortable, match the table height perfectly, and were very reasonably priced. Even though they're meant to fold up and store away, they are very stable - no wobble noticed at all. As with any tall chair, there's the tendency to place your feet on the front crossbar, and although I could see kids using them as climbing aids and break them, I do find them fine for the purpose of resting my feet, but I wouldn't stomp on anything like that, regardless of price or quality. Finding them fine for everyday use, and although I've thought about buying another set, I think having company sitting on the lower benches is good for my ego! But I wouldn't have reservations about buying them again.

I needed an extra bar height chair for when all my grandchildren were at my house. This chair exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality, very sturdy and comfortable. It folds up nicely when it isn't needed.

Great quality
Amazing quality, super convenient that they fold up! I bought 2 for my dad for when he has extra company and they are perfect. Just fold and store in the closet until next time!
Sturdy and comfortable.
I bought this for my 78 yr old step mom who is unable to stand for long periods due to hip replacements. It is lightweight and can fold up when not is use. Perfect counter height. Cusion is comfy. She is able to do dishes and prep meals at the counter sitting on this chair. No putting it together, just open box and unfold the chair. Very sturdy and comfortable.
Not perfect, but a very good chair
I bought this chair recently because I am expecting family over Christmas, and my kitchen island currently has only two seats. Given the absurd 'smallness' of my house, I figured a folding chair would be perfect. This one arrived yesterday, and I do have to say that I'm impressed. As mentioned in the headline, it isn't perfect - there are minor marks in the wood; see the closeup pick of the back support - but overall I am very satisfied. The chair is solid - MUCH more solid than I was expecting, and (despite what a couple of other reviewers said) I find it to be quite heavy and durable. It folds up very easily, so will be convenient to have on hand when company arrives. And after giving it a brief test run, it appears to be comfortable as well. Small cosmetic issues aside, I'm very happy with this purchase.
Cheaply made
Cheaply made, colour was poorly painted and came scratched. For the price I wasn’t impressed. I quickly returned and got something else. I would not recommend it.
