I'n close to finishing the 800gram tin. So I got a 2nd one arriving soon hehe. It's very good, taste clean milk when dehydrated and mixes well. I recommend dissolving on hot water or hot coffee then proceed with cold liquid.

My mom recommended I use this specific milk powder, and it does a good job. There's a lot of it and it doesn't taste or smell weird and its for a good price. I'll be able to make a lot of homemade cocoa and coffee's with this!

I like to bulk up the protein of foods with milk, but most powders, even if they're whole milk, taste aweful. Usually like cardboard. This actually tastes like milk. It's a little sweet. Great for adding protein and bulk to smoothies. I like to keep it in the pantry for when I'm out of milk.

Edit: just wanted to add that I used this today to froth. I had needed to make up a little milk for use in a cookie recipe. I only needed 2 TBS, but I made one portion according to direction. That meant I would have plenty left over. I decided to then take my handheld milk frother to it for use in a caramel cafe latte. OMG is froths so nicely! Thick creamy foam, with lovely milk undeneath. Poured it on top of my espresso then drizzled it with Torani Caramel Sauce Mmm!I keep powder milk in my pantry for cooking and baking. I dont drink milk enough to keep it on hand, so I instead just make it as need it. Best thing to do if you are at all like me in this regard. Can make it as rich or as weak as you want. Add more or less water to adjust taste.This is a big container, and will certainly last me awhile. Since I dont use it often or go through it a lot, I am keen on storing it as well as I can, while also keeping in mind convenience. So I took some and placed it in mason jars and vac sealed the lid. I can just grab a jar as needed. Easier than pulling out big container each time and exposing it all to air.Anway, good stuff. Will likely buy again. For stuff like this, price usually drives my decision. This specific one caught my eye because it was on sale, but I have also had similar versions by same company. All good. 5 stars
