Exactly what my momsicles needed!Unfortunately, the sizes (24mm and 27mm) that came with my medella pump were too much for me to handle. I found that using these 21mm did wonders for my session in terms of not sectioning my entire areola and breast into the flange, just the nipple and a small part of the aerola making it a lot more comfortable!Milk flow and cleaning: they don't come apart like the standard ones (three seperate pieces) I received with the pump, it's an all-in-one unit. I actually liked this idea, I didn't have to keep track of all the pieces and place them back together. I just used my babies cleaning bottle brushes and viola, done! Also, the air tubing is connected at the top of the plastic unit on the back as opposed to the bottom. I personally appreciated this a lot more- my other ones kept getting water droplets inside the tube from my milk flow and I kept going through tubing constantly. With this one, hasn't happened once!

Just before getting pregnant I bought a pump in style Medela pump on clearance for $20. What I didn't know was finding the parts would be near impossible. Finding this on Bolo was a godsend. At times the pump is on but there doesn't appear to be suction but ultimately the always work and are decent quality given its so hard to find brand name accessories.

I have the Medela Symphony and the 19mm shield was the correct size. The shield and connector itself is one piece...I kinda liked and disliked that part; to pump it's very easy to assemble but to wash & dry it's a little bit more work. Also, if you plan to use a hands-free pumping bra it might not work because of the one piece shield.On a side note, it really does make a difference using the correct size shield. I was using the 24mm shield my pump came with and it didn't hurt but there was a noticeable difference in using the correct size I should have been using. It's more comfortable and I feel like I pump more milk than I did before. My lactation consultants never once brought up shield sizes, I figured it out on my own.

They worked perfectly with my pump. The only thing I wish is that the shield could be disconnected from the rest of it (that's how they come with the pump, as separate pieces) to make it easier to clean.

Such a bummer that the big companies don’t have flanges for our small nipples (LOL!) but so grateful for this one!! Will edit if needed, but have had great success with using this with the Medela Symphony. Only thing is that they didn’t fit the mini Medela bottles it came with, so I use the Abbott ones I received from the hospital.

The packing was destroyed and the product was broken. Not just one part but both pump parts were broken. Product seems cheap. Very disappointed in delivery and product.

Purchased these to alleviate the amount of cleaning needed to be done while breast feeding. You cannot tell the difference between the Medela brand and these ones- actually ended up ordering 2 more after because I was so pleased with them. Great product!!

Much more affordable then medela pieces and I like that they are all one piece. They were easier to clean as well.
Brilliant Product!
Wish we'd have bought this when we got the pump!Bought this for my wife's Medela 'Swing' breast pump as for back-up spare parts - but have ended up using the its in rotation so that we aren't constantly cleaning and sterilising the same pieces.I was concerned that the quality may not have been the same as the original Medela parts, but they are just as good - and the little membrane things are probably slightly tougher than the ones supplied with the pump.Definitely worth the money.
