Early on, I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get hay delivered on time with Bolo delaying deliveries. I didn’t know if hay would be considered essential. I have it on subscription, and I received every delivery on time, including the extra oat hay I ordered. It was the one thing I haven’t had to worry about for the past few months. It also ensured that I could stay safe at home. I’m thankful for everyone who made it possible for me to provide for my bunnies during these extraordinary times. It really says a lot about this company.OP:I’ve been ordering various hays from Small Pet Select for a year now; timothy 2, orchard, and oat. I used to drive 45 minutes to the shelter to pick up hay for my three bunnies, but that is difficult with my schedule. I also couldn’t consistently find retail bags of hay at local stores or even here on Bolo. Orders of Oxbow hay and pellets would get delayed, leaving me scrambling to keep my buns properly fed. And let’s be honest, retail bags of hay are ridiculously expensive for the amount of stale hay you get. I’m also careful not to buy blends that contain additives and lack nutritional value for my adult buns (e.g. alfalfa). I do not buy brands like Kaytee or any of those other small pet brands that willingly and knowingly sell food with fillers that can cause serious GI problems for *all* small pets.After a year of subscribing to SPS, I have to say I’m very happy with the hay. Out of 21 deliveries, only one box appeared a little yellower than usual, and bunnies still happily devoured the box. Every box looks and smells fresh, and is packed neatly to the brim. Once we’re done with it, we break it down and throw it in our recycling bin. There is minimal waste. My buns go through two boxes (20 lbs.) a month, and we use it for both food and bedding. Unrelated, our cat also likes to sit in the hay with the buns. I really love how much time this saves me, and I never have to worry about keeping my buns fed and happy. I highly recommend SPS for the convenience and quality you get for the price.

My guinea pigs love this stuff, they eat it like there is no tomorrow!!! We have purchased this product a few times already and it brings so much it last a while but they do eat it like crazy so we will continue buying it and we recommend it. Its great for the price and its good quality!

Mr rabbit legit only eats this hay. It must be real yummy for him. Since I only have one rabbit it also lasts us a long time. The box is pretty big but I’ve managed to find a good spot for it in my room.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It is going to last a while because it is condensed in the box. I filled up a huge tote to be taken outside for my rabbit, filled up half of the large guinea pig cage 3 times and you can barely tell it has been used. I don’t have any idea how they got it packed so tightly but I’ll be checking out more products from this company. And the best part, judging from how much has been eaten in 12 hours, they all love it. It smells fresh and is so green. I haven’t noticed any dirt in it. Cage bottom doesn’t have any dirt in it.I’ll be subscribing for auto delivery as soon as I determine how long this box lasts.Thanks for a wonderful product!!

I like the giant size. Came late which I wasn't happy with. Nothing broken, it smells good and no bugs.Con: it's messy, and it came brown. Some of the pieces weren't good at all and because it's too big I can't just carry it to there hay dispenser. I have to put in a bag and then carry it. I would have been much more happy at 2 6lbs rather than 1 12 lbs. So, for that reason 3 stars.The pros: economically friendly. They OHCOOL hay that they like is a splurge. It's not cheap. So, they need another brand. While I have that one on a monthly subscription I am still looking for a cheaper alternative. They didn't like the Kaytee one.I am not sure if they like this, yet. but this one will not be a monthly subscription just bc of the cons.Will comment further on if I notice that they like it. I just received a few days ago.Update Friday Oct 25th. I have had this for awhile. It seems well received by all my bunnies including the new 1 I got on Sept 13th. Once it was half way down I put the left over Kaytee brand that they don't like and I mixed it in and they didn't seem to notice.Once done, it's about a quarter and I mixed there new Oxbow hay. Bc of the high calorie, so they have a mix. I will continue to buy this and just mix hay in. So, if I buy the Kaytee brand it should go unnoticed. They still pick and choose but not as bad as bf. I also upped my review to 4 stars bc they were able to eat the Kaytee brand.I did buy a new shelving unit for this product only, ugh. That's okay, it fits nicer andi transfered some of they hay into bags

I have ordered this product for years, and it always arrives promptly and in good condition. Shipping was brutal this time and the box was a mess. Hay inside was wet. It was delivered to a covered porch so the fault is with the delivery not this small store. I will continue to order this product as it is fresh and reasonably priced.

Our Guinea pigs seem to love it - Anna couldn’t wait for me to fill up their hay boxes she jumped up and started her feast! Good value when bought in large boxes and on subscription - I’m hoping this box will last our 6 girls about a month or so, fingers crossed!

Parentesi: Mi secca pagare così tanto del fieno. È fieno. Letteralmente erba tagliata. Spesso vado in fattoria e compro una balla che fra un po' non sta in una grossa macchina e fra un po' manco si vogliono far pagare, per dire. Alla fine riempo una macchina con 20€ e sono contenti.Chiusa questa parentesi, magari sono tirchio io, dunque do 5 stelle per il semplice fatto che questo fieno è piaciuto moltissimo. Saltellano d'appertutto.

Producto muy bien empacado, a mis conejitos les gusto, aunque escogen las tiras más delgadas y planas. Este heno les a caído bien, ya que son conejitos adultos de 5 años, y no han tenido problemas con este alimento.

heureusement je l'avais commandé avant le reblocage des frontières du royaume-uni. super foin, très bien emball" dans une belle boite en carton, livrée telle qu'elle. mais le livreur du dpd l'a déposé dans un point relais sans passer à mon domicile.. grrr;.. à3 bornes de chez moi...Bon sinon très satisfaite mais mes lapins ne se ruent pas dessus. à défaut d'autres qui sont moins épais et plus courts... dommage. Moi je le trouve très vert et avec des bouts de plantes et herbes séchées.. top quoi. mais c'est pas moi qui le mange. par contre superbe odeur..je le mettrais bien ds ma terre d'oreiller pour faire de beaux rêves .. :-)
