I used this to waterproof an acrylic painting on a leather handbag which I painted as a gift for someone. It went on nicely, didn't seem to alter any of the colors. Have not heard of any complaints of chipping from the gifts recipient so I am assuming all is well. Only used it once but would use again in the future if I ever want to do anything similar.

I purchased several colors of this brand and they are perfect for painting on leather (or other media) sneakers. I bought white Nikes and painted them. The colors are bold and bright. It dries quickly and they do not smear or crack. I added this clear acrylic finish on the top. Arrived well packages and sealed, no leaks. Its thick and easy to apply. Makes the colors brighter and adds a glossy sheen. Perfect finishing top coat for final product.

Provides a good shine
Works well to add the shine to a Matt acrylic shoe sole paint.. does take a good couple of coats for best results.
