I use these all the time. In the bath or making topical sprays with distilled water. They are the best quality for the value per pound that I have found. I looked for a long time on multiple websites for the right product. I use this magnesium-four handfuls at a time- in a long bath and soak for 20 minutes at least once a week. It really helps with my lupus pain and inflammation of joints especially as well as muscle tenderness. A bag lasts a long time. Great deal with subscription program. I switched from using Dr Teals epsom salts two years ago to pure magnesium flakes and have definitely noticed a major difference. It’s worth it to pay for the better quality because this product works so much better. You can feel the inflammation pulling out of your joints in the bathtub! Can’t recommend this enough. I always have one bag on hand at home and travel with a ziplock bag of flakes and the topical magnesium spray that I made with this product. There are directions how to make your own magnesium sprays online. This is a different kind of magnesium than what you find in traditional epsom salt and just flat out works better. I set this money aside as part of my medical budget because I have come to see this purchase as a necessity for my health. I hope you give it a try!

Ancient waters. Well…it made the water so clear I could imagine being in a lake and seeing to the bottom 300 ft down. An over statement? Sure. But my point is made. It definitely ups the hardness of the water and one feels squeaky clean. The “crystalline water” intrigued me so poured a half cup and let it sit out. Sure enough, it was melting pretty quickly. I hope my infrequent but pleasurable use of the salts doesn’t become a bag of salty water. Time will tell. Bag seems high quality and does seal nicely. There were salt splashes everywhere the next morning from getting out of the tub. Easy to clean with a wet rag. A repeat buy as long as it’s durable in the bag prior to use. Oh…I used about 4/5 of a cup (net weight 6oz). That was plenty for a tub filled with 90 gallons of water.

I have used rosin salt for years after games through my entire career. Now 46 and still playing ball, I found this product from an ad. I thought might as well give it a try, and let me tell you, I am Very happy that I dud. Rosin salt takes a long time to dissolve and helps some. After using this I’m back on the court running with the kids in their 20’s, and I continue ti be one of the go to guys defensively and offensively. That sounds like a brag, but what I’m trying to say it, because of this product I’m able to move again and not feel sore or tight. I use this probably 2-4 times a week. Very pleased

I love Epsom salt baths, but this stuff has it beat. It really helps with muscle soreness, cramps and overall relaxation. I’ve used it consistently for over a year and with pregnancy also. My favorite bath salts.

This Is a great product however it cost a lot just for one bath. The direction show that you pour the whole bag in for a bath if you’re just using it for a foot soak you will get more out of the bag because you only use a cup or two a bath so you have to use the whole bag and that’s pricey for one bath.

I bought this product for my dog. She has HORRIBLE dry skin, especially during summer. She will scratch, practically nonstop, all day long. 1st soak was about 10 minutes because she hates the bathtub and that was as long as I could keep her in. But just that 10 minutes made a world of difference! Her scratching dropped drastically. Now we are up to a 25 minute soak. She's relaxed more and seems to enjoy it. Her scratching declines drastically after the soak.
