This a tasty and healthy snack option that is perfect for on-the-go. The bars are made with whole wheat, dried fruit, and nuts, and they come in four different flavors. Although it's a little higher in calories than I would expect, I highly recommend this variety pack to anyone looking for a healthy and convenient snack.

What was done to the bars I've bought and enjoyed for over 4 years now? Hard. Old? Treated with what? The food industry really has declined over the last years. So long.

When I ordered this the price worked out to about $.60 per 'twin pack' which contains two fig bars.I think they taste great and if you need a snack they are a decent option.Each package is 220 calories and has 4g of fiber. If you were to binge on these it would not be that healthy but as a light breakfast or afternoon snack you could do a lot worse. Unlike other cookies these actually will satisfy your hunger for some time. Sometimes I skip breakfast and these keep me from thinking about an early lunch.

I love these, they’re so delicious and my go to snack. I wish they had less carbs (38g per package of 2) but that doesn’t stop me lol. I keep re-ordering over and over!
