I have hard water where I live, and Finish Jet-Dry has been really helpful. My dishes come out clean with no spots or streaks. It’s easy to use, just refill the dishwasher and it lasts a long time. The price is also affordable.The only issue is the spout. It tends to spill when I pour it in. It would be great if they redesigned it to make pouring easier. Other than that, it works great!

I am a little bummed I need this stuff. My old dishwasher worked great without a rinse agent once I started using pods. My new dishwasher is a wet mess without the rinse agent. The plastic items were wet and full of spots, silverware and dishes were not completely dry. Even the racks were dripping wet. This product has fixed all that. So looks like I will be using it as long as this dishwasher lasts.
