I will most likely buy these as prescription every 3 months as long as I grow my own stash. The other brand just didn't work for me, maybe they were old? Anyhow these work and work well that's why I buy this brand.

I use these in multiple large tupperdors and humidors and they work extremely well. Remember that in an airtight environment like a tupperdor these will hold the humidity 2-3% higher than their rating. So Boveda 62% packs in my tupperdors hold the humidity at a solid 64-65%. I use the Boveda 65% packs in my wooden humidors as there is usually some air leakage inherent to wooden humidors. They hold them at exactly 65%. In my experience these last a long time. How long they last will depend on the ambient humidity where you live and your method of storing. You can tell when they need to be replaced when the gel inside the packs turns hard. I've read that you can recharge them, but I have never tried that. Overall, I highly recommend these to anyone who has cigars. They are hassle free and they work just as well or better than any other method of humidification.

If you're buying this specific pack, chances are you're buying it for cannabis, which is what we also used them for. After harvesting our first round of plants around a month back, we bought one of these per quart-sized mason jar and put one in each. They've lasted well and give us the impression they'll remain viable for quite some time. The herb, for the most part, has done quite well with these. Why not five stars then?These are terrific for getting your product down to the correct humidity. They are not as terrific for getting it UP to the correct humidity. If you live in a dry area like Colorado for example, this can be an issue. Some of the jars that have been opened repeatedly are beginning to show some signs of drying out just a bit, but it's still a significant improvement over having nothing at all. Despite the small issues, I would buy these again.TL;DR: I'd give these five stars in a wet area like Louisiana or Florida, four stars in dry areas like Colorado or Arizona.

I have used many different Boveda packs, from the 8g to these 67g packs. I use the 58% and 62% packs for my purposes. They have always been very accurate as well. My 62% packs keep the hygrometer right at 62%, when I use the 58% packs they do the same, precise 58% RH in a quality airtight container.These packs are truly 2 way humidity control. They will pull excess humidity out of the available space until they are physically full or the relative humidity in the space is the same as the packs rating.They will of course, expel humidity to keep the available space at their rated RH%If they go dry, they can be recharged by placing in a very humid environment, or more rapidly, by soaking in a little DISTILLED water.I have used my Boveda packs over and over, they work fantastic.
