This mulitivitamin checks all the boxes. It contains all the essential vitamins and minerals as well as some like iodine, inositol, and Coenzyme Q10. The only reason I first tried this one is because the previous multi I used was out of stock. I liked this so much I continued to use it for the past year.

Moisture and exposure affect them, so I won't buy a big bottle to ensure freshness. They definitely help me feel more calm, energetic, and think more clearly. Definitely better than other brands. Pills smell a bit, bit I'm able to swallow them due to the coating.

I have taken products from Pure Encapsulations for years. My new Doctor was impressed that I was already familiar with this company. They are a little pricey but the product is very pure, increases absorption and includes many supplements that are not found in OTC vitamins.

This vitamin works great and love that I only have to take 1 a day. High in B12 but not overly high in B6 like most vitamins.It definitely smells and tastes bad, most B vitamins do. Here's what I do to make it easier to tolerate.Take it out of the container and let it lay out for a few minutes. It helps get rid of the horrible container smell. Take with something flavored like gatorade, vitamin water or juice. It masks the taste a bit. Drinking with water tastes horrible. Hope this helps

I don't usually write reviews but I do read them. PURE has a great reputation and great reviews. I have been taking cal/mag for awhile. I was excited to see this daily multi vit. Man6 reviews claimed bad smell, taste & burps. I have a super smell sense but pretty much smell nothing. They are capsules so I taste nothing & zero burps. What I did notice after 1-2 hrs of taking my 1st vit, was noticeable improvement in alertness & energy. Today I had lack of sleep, took one this morning and another one late afternoon. That will not be my norm but it helped me finish my day. I will be subscribing. Get them, your search is over. Thank you PURE for being a clean vitamin.
