I've been using this product for several months now and was happy to see it on sale. This cleansing balm goes on like a balm and as you rub it changes to more of a cream. It takes off the last traces of makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean but not stripped. It is very calming to my skin, it hydrates and feels luxurious to use. The scent is not strong and I find it nice. It washes off with a little warm water and leaves your feeling moisturized. I have sensitive, normal to dry skin and think this product is perfect for that skin type.

I absolutely adore this Elemis collagen cleansing balm. It is gentle on my highly sensitive skin. The scent is phenomenal. It cleanses beautifully. Of all the make up cleansing products I use, this Elemis product is hands down the best.

I love this product! It leaves my skin hydrated and soft like no other cleanser. My only issue is the price for the tiny size, but considering the quality, scent, and how it makes my skin feel, I will continue to buy it. The consistency is thick when you apply to dry skin, and begins to melt as you rub it in. Once full face is covered, you add water to hands and lather all over. It does not foam up like soap, but turns into a milky consistency, then you rinse and pat dry. Absolutely love it!Update: I broke down and decided to buy the bigger size (3.5 oz) and was on sale on Bolo. The bigger size although higher in price, costs less per oz than the small one I got (less than 1oz). Again, it was on sale when I got it so it was around $58. Worth every penny!

I love this cleanser, it’s so smooth and moisturizing and melts your makeup off. It has kind of a medicinal smell that I normally wouldn’t like but I like it in this product. I only give 4 stars because it’s expensive for a small amount of product. I have repurchased though. The small jar is a great travel size.

I am VERY picky about what I use on my face, so I purchased the small size to try it. I have to say that this ticked everyone of the boxs. It's a wonderful face makeup remover. I use a dollop about the size of a large pea on my finger and moisten it with a few drops of very warm water. It turns into a lovely white emulsion that I apply all over my face, lightly rubbing it in. Then I remove it with a warm, damp washcloth. It removes every trace of makeup and leaves my face smooth, soft and ready for my toner and moisturizer. It also has a lovely, soothing and relaxing natural scent. I chose the Original II scent.A little goes a long way, and it's as luxurious as products that are twice the price Will definitely purchase again.

I’ve heard so many reviews on this from influencers and I decided to order the small one to try it and it wasn’t all that yeah it got my foundation off and smelled really good but it did not remove my water proof mascara and eyeliner didn’t even budge had to scrub my eye and it left my eyes irritated

This is my very favorite cleansing balm. I use it while double cleansing at night - after a makeup eraser and before my gentle exfoliating cleanser - and its effects are wonderful. My skin feels clean and refreshed after cleansing and the balm does a good job at getting the remaining makeup off my face. I use it on my eye makeup as well without any issues.

Quita muy bien el maquillaje y la sensación en la piel es muy agradable. Eso sí, huele bastante ‘a hierbas’, un olor particular que talvez no le guste a todo el mundo

Ich nutze von Berufswegen teilweise sehr viel oder sehr lang anhaltendes Make-up. Der Preis ist zwar intensiver, aber es brennt nicht in den Augen und man bekommt alles super weg.
