This shampoo worked great for giving our Aussie a bath, and smells nice too. It also seems to do a great job in getting the dirt out and his fur comes out soft after he is dry.

pros: scent free, gentle on sensitive skin, lifts dirt extremely well, no residue, soft fur (doesn’t strip oils)cons: thin liquid (thick water consistency, hard to get the soap on your dog if dispensed in your hand), no foam (hard to see where soap has missed), need to use a lot on thick fur (doesn’t spread easily)other things to note: have two australian shepherds and a papillon chihuahua. this soap is much easier to use on a little dog since you can keep track of where you’ve gotten the soap and where you haven’t. my aussies have very dense coats with medium length fur and i had to use 1/4 of the bottle to wash all three dogs with the primary reason of this soap not spreading. thicker foaming soap would be better for my aussies but this soap is perfect for my papillon.

I bought the larger bottle of the shampoo product to try on my Australian Blue Heeler because he has been having itching issues with dry patches of skin and I thought maybe it was attributed to his flea and tick shampoo being too harsh on his skin (ticks were bad this year where we live).The shampoo did seem to slow down his itchiness, which was the main goal, however there is not much more good I have to say about the product despite usually loving Bert's Bees. The consistency is very watery so it is difficult to work with. There really isn't any scent whatsoever so he mostly just still smelled like a dog after a shower. The product doesn't lather well so you end up having to use a lot of it just to get it spread around their fur. The last con is maybe my own fault but this shampoo didn't leave him looking clean and fluffy with soft fur afterwards. I am saying this may be my fault because I only used the shampoo and not the conditioner but I also know that my boy isn't going to stand still long enough to do both anyway.Overall, yes the product did help with sensitive skin issues, but I would definitely look into some other products as well to see if there is something better out there that does a better job of cleaning.

My dog had dry, itchy skin (sounds like a commercial lol). During a checkup I mentioned this to my vet and he recommended trying a oatmeal shampoo. I went with this one based off online reviews. I changed about three years ago and noticed my dog itches a whole lot less. Clearly it was the shampoo agitating his skin. It is worth noting that my vet also told us that we were bathing our dog too much, but there's been multiple times where our dog got dirty and we had to wash him several times in a month and still he was itching like he was before.As a side note: Menards sells this exact shampoo for 6.04 a bottle not on sale as I write this review. That's .96 cheaper than here for what it's worth....but it's not delivered to your door.
No espuma y tiene olor agradable.
Quize probar esta marca pero no se compara nada con el otro shampoo que estaba utilizando. No rinde mucho porque no hace espuma y no tiene olor agradable, tampoco se comparó en suavidad y brillo a la marca Wahls. Lástima que ahorita no encuentro esa marca.
Brilliant clean
I brought this for a dog that suffers with hot spot and skin issuesThe first time I used it, I couldn’t believe how clean my dogs skin/coat was! It has really helped her skin settle down!Only downfall is, I can’t find it in a bigger bottle and with a few dogs it doesn’t last long, so can get expensive!Other than that amazing shampoo and worth the buy
Terrible price for size of bottle
Great shampoo, but super small bottle. Read the other reviews. Some people post the size of bottle compared to others. Should have looked at this closer before I bought. 10$ for a bottle that size is outrageous

Like an idiot, I didn't read the reviews or the specifics first. Normally I would, however it's dog shampoo, so I didn't think I'd have to. Jokes on me. It's sample size. Zero stars

Our dog is very itchy always scratches however this shampoo calmed her down her coat was shiny and soft after shampoo will buy again
