The item was completely bloomed and in one solid piece. Not the least bit useable. Just trash. Its not like it just happened either, this must have been sitting in the warehouse for months like this. Now I'm out $30 and I got was five pounds of crap.

The media could not be loaded. All chocolate is sugar bloomed and repacked from 50lb bag seems very sketchy.I bought 2 5lb bags and all chocolate bars I made turned into sugar bloomed, all customers simply don’t want to consume by the look.
