These do well for those who can swallow gelatin capsules. I know are being absorbed because I feel the difference when I start and if I forget for a few days. Value for money, well in the current economy, it's better than some others. The smell is kind of potent, garlicky, it's almost an Italian herb smell. Smell is so subjective, but it's no worse than every other vitamin, and not a gaggy horse pill. Size: Inch long & 5/8th" wide (1 centimeter appx). Yellowish powder inside gelatin capsule. Nice cobalt blue bottle keeps light out so they retain potency.

This b complex gave me some serious bloating and it increased my anxiety to an intolerable level. I don't see on other reviews that anxiety was a problem and Ive read intestinal issues are common at the beginning of taking a b complex, but they are temporary (that has been very uncomfortable as well). I'm writing the review so if anyone else experiences these things, they aren't alone and yes, the anxiety was caused by taking this. Maybe I'm sensitive to an ingredient and it's a bad reaction from my body chemistry, but once I stopped taking it, my bloating went down and my brain was at peace again. This review is not to bash the product, bc the reviews show it works well for a lot of people, this review is for others that may experience the same things to know it can be related.

These are the best bet if you need to add in B vitamins. These absorb well & what your body doesn't is expelled back out. They help to get all of the b vitamins that you may not get from food sources. They have no taste & are average size. They have helped my husband have more energy due to having the key b vitamins he needs.

これぐらいのビタミン含有量じゃないと、物足りないですね。使われなかった分は排泄されるとしても、充分な含有量は欲しいです。あと、もうほんの少しだけお安くなれば嬉しいです。
