AWESOME stuff!!! I have used several cans of this stuff now for various household tasks. I have stopped a leak in the basement wall...it was from past termite treatment and would weep whenever we got a significant amount of rain...no anymore. The clear is for the basement floor...again, weeping through cracks when it rains really had. My OLD house loves flex seal!!! :)

We have had some recent rains here in Southern California. I have applied one coat to my windows that were leaking because of heavy wind and rain which rarely occurs here. So far, no problems with just one coat. We haven't had the heavy and windy rain again but I am not taking any chances. If I need to apply a second coat I will. Product goes on thin but works well when feathered. Thanks.

I had expected this product to have the consistency of the company's black sealer, which does a great job. However, this clear product has far less consistency and does seal near as well as the black, or the white versions.

I had an issue finding the correct window frame seal for my boat. It was built in 1980 and can no longer get a seal to fit between my windows and aluminum frame. I tried clear silicone, but it later dried up and cracked, leading again.I taped off the frame and window, just leaving a small area untaped that included a small strip of glass, aluminum frame and all of the rubber seal.Sprayed 2 coats and it sealed up great.Just need to untape before this dries or it will come off with the tape.
