Delicious. First of all when I first tried epic I never thought that they would actually taste the way they did. I thought the man with me taste, but they actually taste like a snack and I love carrying them with me so I can have some protein instead of grabbing some sugary snack The cranberry flavor Is good.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered but the taste was pretty amazing the sourness of the cranberry mixed with the salt of the bacon and the savory of the bison was a great combination that I would not have thought of to make. Each bar is small, especially for the cost, but the taste is well worth the premium price.

Pro... taste OK, not overly salty or spicy. Cranberry a great addition. (I would like a bit more of it.) Texture a bit soft but not mushy.Con.. need a sharp knife and 2 hands to open the tough plastic package. No good for knifeless children. Not convenient to access while walking. One star off.Value...that's your decision.

We tried these a few years ago on a road trip and loved them, so I wanted to order them again. I find conventional beef jerky to be too dry and salty, and I'm allergic to ingredients in most plant-based "protein bars". These seemed like an excellent choice for a lower-carb snack. When the package arrived at our home, it was a hot day. I found that the flavor seemed OK but a little odd, and the texture was slightly unappealing. Then I remembered that it was winter when we tried them before. After chilling the bars in the refrigerator, it made all the difference in the world. They were very good. If you take these hiking or on a trip, take note. Keep in an ice chest or take for cool-weather excursions. Note that the packaging around each bar is secure and difficult to open. I was not able to tear it open and had to use a knife or scissors. Prepare accordingly, then enjoy!

We love these but beware because we had 3 out of the 12 that were busted therefore inedible.. and Bolo will not let you return them which is a real bummer as these aren’t cheap.. I think I’ll start buying them elsewhere so I can return them if this happens.

I love these bison bars. The flavor is awesome as you can taste the meat and the cranberries. The quality is top notch. But they are too expensive for the amount that you get. If they were cheaper or contained more in the box, I would buy them by the case.

I think these are some of the best meat bars. So handy in the purse and for travelling.

Love them. Very convenient when traveling, especially when you need to follow The Autoimmune protocol! :) Thanks!UPDATE: Like I said, still love the Epic bars, BUT the price has risen ridiculously. These were about 10 GBP per 1.5 oz when I bought it. Now it's always between 30-50 GBP. Way too much.

I originally found these bars on a vacation. Great tasting, high quality product. Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Keto friendly, diabetic friendly. Meets all the requirements. Highly recommended.
Strange texture
The flavor was manageable, but not what I would consider good. The texture was like a very fine sand. I'm used to jerky style bars having a bit of chew. This bar almost disintegrates in your mouth and that's an odd experience when eating "meat"
