Have been eating Diamond Crystal salt for over 55 years. Has a light flavor & pretty much doesn't bounce off your food either. It's a fine salt, so you can sprinkle it on lightly or with a heavy hand, which you can't do with the other brands. This is the only salt I'm able to buy ON-LINE since it's not sold in grocery stores in my county, or state of Fla. This salt is sold in many of your out door eateries when you ask for salt packets.
