This was a refill, because I'm very impressed with it. For one thing, it's loaded with what I seem to need to stay healthy at 75. The other great thing is that the pills are small and very easy to swallow. This is probably on my lifetime list of daily choices.

Love this brand and without Vit K, taking straight D3 meant my Calcium levels were going up too high. With Vit K added, the D3 level goes up WITHOUT affecting the Calcium level. Metagenics has been a trusted brand by my holistic clinic for years.

Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K, which is essential for good health. Most supplement only contain D3. There are exceptions and this product meets that premise.

The softgels are small enough for comfortable swallowing and they seem to be orange-scented. Provides me with the required Vitamin D considering that I am indoors and have less exposure in the sun.
