5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!!!
This is VERY effective for nasal dryness with oxygen cannulas! Even in arid Colorado (which we were delighted to learn the creators are from, and that gave us even more confidence that this product would work. The air is so dry, here in Colorado. People making a product in Colorado would know this)! Also, the little jar may look small, but a little goes a long way and works for 12 hours, so it'll last quite a while.
5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely dry nasal passages
I have had very dry nasal passages for years sometimes they will even bleed.I have tried different products and they really didn't help, but this product is great. It takes a very small amount.I highly recommend it for anyone that has to deal with dry nasal passages.
4.0 out of 5 stars So far I am happy. Added review at 3 weeks
Aquegel nasal moisturizer that’s far has me very impressed. A little bit goes a very long way, it is so easy to use and it seems to work for 12 hours plus, although I haven’t used it long enough to be certain. I have read many reviews on other moisturizers and so many people mentioned an objectional smell or allergies. I can find neither with this. There is no smell and a little bit goes such a long way plus it stays put for many hours. I am prone to be allergic to everything but I’ve had no problem with this.My nose has been so bad as to keep me awake so I am extremely pleased that I found this product. Should I develop problems I will post again. So far so goodADDED REVIEW At three weeks; I still think this was worth what I paid not having anything really to compete with it. It does not remain moist for anywhere near 12 hours but while it is fresh and four at least four or five hours it does make things feel better. I don’t have all the dry sore itching that I had before. I automatically remember to reapply as the itching and dryness returns. If I were to use it diligently it would need to be applied perhaps four times a day. But I still stick with 2 times due to proximity and it still has improved my overall disposition as my nose is not raw and itching constantly constantly constantly now that I use this uquegel. I definitely do recommend it. It’s not a miracle cure but it does improve dryness and irritation. So far I don’t even notice anything missing from the containers so I think the value was going to end up being very good.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for CPAP Nasal Pillows.
Works extremely well to prevent irritation of the nostrils. Lasts through the night as claimed. It does seem to cause the nearby mucus to "gel" which I will overlook considering the level of comfort it provides. Very pricy for a 6 week supply, but I've not found anything better.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nose gel
This product is very good for dry nostrils. It’s lightweight and I’ve noticed a significant difference in having dry nose. The jar is very small but a little goes a long way
3.0 out of 5 stars Does the job but I'm not crazy about the consistency
I tried this product instead of sesame oil because the sesame oil came in a spray bottle and isn't as easy to apply with a cotton swab as I prefer to apply it. I'm a little concerned about the ingredients (Distilled Water, Anhydrous Cosmetic Gel, Plasticized Base, Methylcellulose, Sodium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol) of this product.) The one that kind of floored me was "plasticized base." What the heck does that even mean? I have never seen that on a medical type product - or anything that you put in or on your body for that matter. Benzyl alcohol, according to the National Library of medicine, "may irritate skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. May be slightly toxic by ingestion." For something I'm sticking up my nose during healing from surgery, this doesn't sound encouraging to me.I was kind of dopey from anesthesia after nose surgery when I ordered this and didn't read what was in it. I prefer sesame oil. This stuff is really gloppy (for lack of a better word) but it works well enough for what it's supposed to do.It's hard to know how to rate it honestly because I can't complain about the product as much as my own foolishness for not doing further research before ordering. I had higher expectations for a product that's made locally in Colorado rather than in Asia where it seems most everything affordable originates from these days. For this reason I decided to go with 3 stars. Sorry Aquegel.
5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST one I’ve Found!
I’ve been suffering with dry nasal passages since I moved to a dry climate 10 months ago. It affects my days and my sleep. I finally decided to see if there were any remedies for this problem and found a bunch of stuff here and on line. Since they’re relatively cheap, I bought 4 different kinds. This is BY FAR the best one. Very mild, soothing and comforting. I slept so much better last night. I don’t know why I didn’t look for help sooner. I’m a buyer for life. Thank you.
5.0 out of 5 stars Wow!! Works like a charm!!
I have tried nasal sprays, gels, Nettie pot,… you get the idea. For over 12 years I’ve had difficulty with dryness. I’ve gone to doctors and tried it all. Finally found this product! It works amazingly well!!!
