5.0 out of 5 stars The easiest colon test?
(function(){ P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function'){ A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })() Think I'll forego the photo opp, but this test is easy peasy. First you drop one of the test pads in the commode water to see if it could somehow produce a false positive. Then you do the actual test three times (each time the test pad should remain blank.) Then the last time you add some crystals to the commode water and drop in a pad to deliberately produce a positive result. No need to send off to a lab or even use a swab and test vial, just drop the pad in the water and wait two minutes. Apparently the pads are moisture sensitive so you fold the foil container each time to preserve them. Also they tend to stick together so be careful not to accidentally use two.
5.0 out of 5 stars Too easy for words
As mentioned, it tests for blood. So if you have known blood in your stool or when you wipe don't bother. But if you don't have obvious evidence of blood it's too easy for words.Test toilet water by flushing and then drop a piece of paper in the water. No blue color then continue.Poop in the toilet. Resist the urge to pee because if you have blood in urine it will show! Drop another piece of paper. How easy? There is also a 5th paper and a packet that test the test stripes. I think it's more for you to get a visual of what a true positive would look like. It is pretty obvious if positive.I'm not sure why some say this is disgusting? It's not to me and dropping a piece of paper in water is a good place to start (as long as you don't already have known bloody discharge).
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to Use
Easy to use. All done within your own home, no samples to take to a lab.
5.0 out of 5 stars Reliable
I’ve used these for years every three and four months the way my gastroenterologist instructed me to use them. As long as you’re following instructions, they are reliable and way to keep abreast of what your gastrointestinal system is doing.
1.0 out of 5 stars Stores don’t carry this item anymore
All I can say is Fast delivery. I am disappointed in this product , it gave negative results, when tested by doctor my husband was positive .
3.0 out of 5 stars Ok product
Not necessarily easy to use. Many steps, I hope it's accurate. Price was okay
5.0 out of 5 stars Convenient.
Convenient.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very easy and no mess
I appreciate the test prior for toilet water quality: yields a baseline. 3 individual tests for 3 separate stools increases the likelihood of accurate results. All thankfully negative for me. Lastly, they added a 5th test for quality control. I feel comfortable with the results. I'm impressed with the test process with the company.
