These bowls are a perfect size for a variety of uses such as cereal, salad, desserts, snacks etc. They are plain but attractive. They are lightweight and sturdy, and dishwasher safe. They are really great bowls for every day use or entertaining. I really love them.

I'm a devoted Corelle user and have tried all kinds even non-Corelle vitrielle/vitreous glass plates and bowls. None are quite as durable as the classic white. The non-Corelle are the worst of course. But I also found the Corelle's various fashion prints, embossed, square and other new shapes to be less durable... less resistant to chips and breakage. The classic white in the traditional shapes last the longest. They go with everything. Of course I will still buy fun prints and new shapes to add to my collection. But the core of my collection and dishes I use everyday is the classic white Corelle. Which is why I purchased two more sets of these white bowls. I already have a large stack but with everyone quarantined at home eating three meals a day, even my rather large collection is not enough to keep up and keep me from washing dishes 24-7. But I'm happy to have a good reason to buy more Corelle, because they last so long I hardly buy any except to replace broken ones. And on this topic, while they are resistant to breaking and can withstand some drops, every once in a while when they land on the floor just right they will break. When that happens, they don't just break in half, they shatter into a hundred small shards, so do take special care to sweep, vacuum, and discard. I wished they broke like safety glass, into cubes, but they don't.They stack well and save so much space in my cabinets. In the same space where I can stack 6-8 regular bowls, I can stack 20 of these. Also these classic shape cereal bowls stack better than the new shape cereal bowls. Both Corelle but you can see in my attached picture what a huge difference a tweak in shape made to stack-ability. The classic shape nests so much better and is more space saving. This also applies to how they fit in dishwasher racks...They wash up well in the dishwasher and always come out dry, shiny, and clean. No nooks and crannies to trap water. They are so easy to store and clean and I can have so many that I never need paper/disposable when having a gathering.I love these dishes and highly recommend them to anyone interested in light, space saving, well-stacking, easy to clean, long lasting, chip resistant dishes. Just remember, they are thin, light, and glass. They will feel like thin, light glass so don't compare them to or expect them to feel like ceramic or porcelain.Note: Corelle logo on the backside of the dishes has evolved and changed through the years. I attached a picture of all the various Corelle logos. Some of my dishes are 20+ years old! I know I have authentic Corelle because I buy through reputable retailers or directly from Corelle.

We’ve been using these bowls in our kitchen for over 15 years now. They’re lightweight but can handle some abuse. They’ve made it through two kids growing up and some clumsy adults.Other positives:These stack really well. Space is always a problem in our kitchen. Have a stack of 16 bowls right now in my cabinet and it’s about a 6” stack height.Microwave and dishwasher safe.We mainly use these for people to eat out of - soup, rice + other dishes, cereal, ice cream. We use them so much as they cover most eating situations.They’re a bit small for cook prep, but I have certainly used them to beat a few eggs or to hold spices/herbs and some small prepped ingredients.They’re by no means fancy, but they are nice enough to serve anything from comfort food to meals for special occasions.Love these bowls!

I bought my first pieces of Frost White Corelle dishes in about 1976. They are not fine china but they do look attractive especially if supplemented with other white china accessories. They are great in the microwave, dishwasher or refrigerator. They are easy to clean, difficult to break and last almost forever. It took me almost 50 years to need some replacements and guess what? The exact same items are still available. I highly recommend especially if you’re just starting out in life and on a budget.

I really enjoy using Corelle because they are incredibly easy to clean, with grease coming off effortlessly compared to other dishes I've used. The quality is great overall, but I do feel that it has slightly decreased since I first started buying Corelle. The only reason I gave these bowls a 4/5 is that there are tiny little bumps on the bottom, likely from the manufacturing process. While it's a small issue and doesn’t affect usability, it’s a bit annoying. I won’t return them, but it’s something to note for quality control.

I am not sure what is up with the somewhat recent trend toward grossly oversized and overly heavy dishes. Which also tend to chip fairly easily.These things are insanely durable, easy to clean, and sized to fit in cupboards, dishwashers.

Correlle is the best brand
My cousin's wife gifted me a Correlle dinner set when I visited them in Canada. She told me this brand is better than other brands. This specific brand is durable, uses less storage space, lightweight, doesn't get grey marks, is good for a dishwasher. Overall fantastic! I wanted to buy more to have a larger set. Only downside is in the UK it's double the price compared the prices I saw in Canada.
