I bought this to use with a new pour over coffee maker because I can no longer find Kava instant. Somewhat finely ground, looks and smells very fresh. The taste is a little stronger than Kava but I think I can get used to it. Feels very smooth on the palate. I like the low acid and high antioxidant levels. Hopefully I can use up the 2-1/2 lb bag before it gets stale. Would have liked to have purchased a smaller amount for that reason but it was not available.

I like that this is a 2 lb bag of coffee for the price of most 1lb organic coffees. Add to that the fact that this coffee has a noticeable improvement on my acid reflux, and it's a great option. (I would say a 50%+ reduction in acid and reflux effect compared to a regular coffee). The only drawback is it has a slightly organic taste. Not burned, more like mushrooms or green tea undertones. It's still coffee, and way better than non coffee alternatives I've tried, but it's not my favorite coffee. Still, it's my mainstay that let's me drink coffee every morning.

I've bought this coffee often, good coffee, unfortunately twice the package has been opened, very disappointed.

This coffee has almost no aroma and the taste just isn't there, pretty bland for a dark roast coffee. The bag says 100% coffee but doesn't say what kind, at least not that I can find. I'll stick with my Seattle's Best.

I'm not a big fan of the taste of coffee to begin with but this is by far the worst tasting coffee I have ever had. I'm sure it's good for me because it's low acid but I have to put a bunch of sugar and even my favorite protein powder in it just to get it palatable! I had to stop ordering it.

Love this coffee! The only coffee I drink! Great for non-dairy milks.
Terrific coffee. works well with nut milks and soya milks (other coffees usually curdle them). You do need a bit more coffee however, it is not as strong as the high acid coffees. It's all I will drink now!
