This vitamin C has good performance considering its price. It dissolves completely without leaving residues and is easy to take. Since I've been taking it I'm breathing much better.

Awesome, but yucky! This stuff has a horrible sour flavor that no amount of honey or flavoring can mask. HOWEVER, three times now, when I felt a cold coming on, I take it 1 or 2 times in a day and it's gone!

I ordered this particular brand of Vitamin C as I was running out of another brand. Upon searching on Bolo, I found this gem at a better price, more dose per teaspoon and a larger bottle to boot. I found that when I take powdered Vitamin C daily I have less joint pains and my immune system is a lot stronger. I try to stick with powdered or liquid supplements. I just don't like taking pills anymore. A lot of the vitamins are just huge horse pills IMO and they're unpalatable.As a woman in her late 50's, I get tired more than I used to do. With watching my food intake and exercising 5 days a week, I need the extra boost from supplements and minerals.Right after I got this Vitamin C in the mail, my immune system really took a hit as a my beloved pet died. I upped the dosage to 10,000 units a day along with some oregano oil (filtered into carrier oil).I'll be buying this product again when I run out. The taste doesn't bother me at all. I find that if I put this into cold sparkling water like Perrier or Walmart's great value flavored water, it goes down pretty well.

Synthetic form of vitamin C that does absolutely nothing that a quality Vitamin C does for me. I was hoping to do megadosing for health reasons but I'll have to stick with the more expensive quality products that I previously purchased.
