this works best in the middle of the night when you wake up and can't get back to sleep. I take a few of them out of the package and keep them nearby, and use a half dose - one tab - which dissolves quickly. The little bit of tartness makes your mouth water enough that you don't need to drink water. It's just enough medicine to push you over the edge into a nice deep sleep so you wake up refreshed.

Since I’ve never enjoyed the taste of the coated capsules, these were a pleasant surprise. They dissolve quickly and easily in your mouth. A swallow of hot tea or coffee with them makes the process even quicker and leaves little trace of the taste behind if you are someone who struggles to swallow any med/pills. Even better, these work for me.

I have chronic pain my back my spine has wire wrap from top to the bottom Harrington rods from top to bottom chronic pain in my shoulders so it takes two days to get me to sleep for maybe about three or four hours if I’m lucky so all I can say is if you’re looking to do it this would be the thing but make sure you’re not allergic to it thank you👍👌✌️

I see these commercials for prescription meds for sleep but do yourself a favor and try these first. I fall asleep fast and sleep a solid amount of time instead of waking twice a night, plus they are NOT addictive.

These melts are about half strength of a regular Unisom; and if you wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep, these are really helpful but not so strong as to make you feel out of it in the morning. Plus they are fast acting since they melt on your tongue.
