My 7 year old daughter has been using the Sonicare toothbrush since she was 4 years old, and she loves it! My 4 year old son just received his Sonicare toothbrush a few months ago, and he's loving his too. I buy these replacement heads specifically for ages 4-7 because they are the perfect size for their little mouths. Unfortunately, Sonicare has changed their packaging, so now, instead of getting two different colored replacement heads, you get two heads of the same light blue color. It can be confusing for parents who have two or more kids, who either share a toothbrush (and just switch the heads) or who have identical Sonicares. Fortunately, my daughter has the older Sonicare kids toothbrush, which is red, while my son has the newer one, which is a teal blue color, so they can easily tell their toothbrushes apart even though they both have the same colored head.The length of the brush head from base to top is about 2 3/4 inches long and the head itself is just over .5 inches.Once when I ran out of this size replacement heads I used the size up, (the one for ages 7-10) and immediately noticed the difference. That size head is significantly longer (closer to the length of the replacement heads for adults) and is much harder for little ones to control. As a matter of fact, my daughter did such a poor job of using the toothbrush with the longer head that my husband and I had to brush her teeth for her. So, even though my daughter is now seven, I still buy this smaller size replace head for her, and I always make sure to have one on hand for whenever needed. I buy them through Bolo's subscribe and save so I never run out.I would highly recommend getting this size replacement brush head for any little ones who uses the Sonicare toothbrush. FYI these replacement heads also fit, and work with, the adult toothbrush. So, you could just buy the heads for your little one and use with your own Sonicare.....the kids' toothbrush is about the same length as the adult one, (the actual toothbrush not the head) only a bit chunkier so kids should be able to manipulate the adult Sonicare as easily as they would the kids.

I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old and I still get these toothbrush heads for their so I are toothbrushes instead of moving up to the higher size based on their ages. They clean really well, and I love that the smaller heads are more maneuverable in their little mouths. My kids don’t quibble at all about toothbrush time, and I think they find these fun and comfortable. The price can be a little discouraging, but at the end of the day it’s cheaper than an extraction under sedation so I’ll take it. :) I would love it to have easier to open packaging, but scissors do the job.Tl/dr- it clean teeth good!

I bought these for my 8 year old, the heads that come with the kids sonicare tooth brushes are too big in my opinion. This was causing him to have a lot of buildup behind is lower front teeth where the head wasn’t able to squeeze in as easily. With this head he’s getting a much more thorough cleaning. And due to it being smaller he has to work a little longer at it which I think is a positive thing to train in his brushing habit. Additionally, the idea of making small circles as he’s brushing is more intuitive with the smaller head. Now that I know about these small heads I’ll be starting all the kids on the sonicare brush much younger. Thank you Phillips for making this head! I would highly recommend for younger kids under 10.

These toothbrush heads are a great size for my 3 and 5 year old and fit perfectly on their sonicare brushes. The brush heads that came with their kids sonicare were slightly larger and made it had to get to the back of the last tooth. These ones are easier to use and the kids have less discomfort with them because they fit better.

How I wish I had known about these sooner!I have a toddler son, and a chihuahua. Dental health is important all around... but boy is it an adventure getting them to brush regularly. I mean my dog can't brush his teeth on his own, but I can usually never get more than a few quick brush swipes in with a regular toothbrush before he books it.I use a Sonicare myself and I know it cleans like no other. I attribute it to my great gum and teeth health, despite less than yearly dentist visits. Getting these have been a game-changer. And I don't use that adjective lightly. I get my son's and dog's teeth so much cleaner than brushing with a manual toothbrush, that after a few days both of their teeth are noticeably whiter, like 3-4 shades.Before you say it, this comes in a pack of two, so they obviously use separate toothbrushes! (And they have a nice coating of soft rubber on the back of the brush, to avoid ouchies if accidentally hitting the gums.)

Die Kinderbürsten passen auf die normale Philips Sonicare! Die Bürsten für Erwachsene sind für mich viel zu groß und ich kam damit nicht gut zurecht. Mit den Kinderbürsten kann man jeden Zahn für sich bürsten. Toll!
