For having come from Japan, the shipping did not take too long. The cup is beautiful. One side is Jiji, the other side is his kitten. On the bottom, it says it is fine bone china. My fiance was impressed that merch from a movie would be such high quality, but then again, it is Studio Ghibli after all.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift (for someone who likes tea).The packaging is great! The gift box that the tea cup & saucer came in arrived in a protective sleeve itself.The teacup has a nice thickness. It's not super thick nor is it so thin you feel like you're going to break it by just holding it.The images are exactly as they are shown.I love the fact that the design is enough that if you know its KiKi's Delivery Service you can tell, but subtle enough that it won't look out of place with the other teacups in her collection.She is going to be super excited when she see these, I can hardly wait!

An incredibly lovely piece. It was a gift for my adult daughter and she loves it. Has already used it to have tea with her friends. It is beautiful, delicate and is exactly as advertised. There was a mix up in shipping, that was not the fault of Bolo or those providing the good, but everyone was very wonderful about helping to get it resolved.
