Very lightly used in a one man shop. Maybe 50 or so oil changes and the hose broke. It was always very stiff to raise and lower the drain pan.

I bought this to keep at a friends shop and use to do oil changes on my Mercedes without having to lift the vehicle up or getting under it. It worked like a charm. My only complaint is that it takes a lot of switching valves around to switch to different modes for it (evacuation, draining, emptying). I imagine if I used it regularly, I would get used to it.
