I've been using the preceding version for years, but the battery finally wouldn't keep a charge. The new kit is inexpensive, considerably quieter than the old kit, and I like the fact that the kit includes 3 trimmer guards of different lengths rather than a single one with a sliding guard that often would slip in use.My only complaint is that the storage unit lays the motor unit down instead of standing it up, and that takes a lot more room on our vanity than the old storage unit. And like the old storage unit, the places for the trimmer heads and guards don't hold the pieces nearly securely enough.

Very bad product. Battery does not charge.I had to additionally purchase a Step down covertor to charge the battery. But the battery does not charge at all. Seems to be fake Remington as my earlier experiences with the brand has been good.

Does a decent job for the price.
So far I’ve only used it as a beard trimmer and it works well. The storage unit for the various parts is kind of Mickey Mouse and should be redesigned.
20V charger, DONT BUY for INDIA use
This product charger is suited for 120V, so dont buy if you want to use in India.
Terrible battery performance
Ordered this via Bolo SG but still got the adapter rated for 110v. Before using I checked with Bolo helpdesk and they confirmed the adapter will still work in Singapore's 220v. I then plugged in and within 30 mins, the adapter stopped charging. I managed to plug this into different charger I had but even with 2-3 days of charging the battery lasts less than 10 mins.
