First of all, let's take a moment and wait for all the amazing, well meaning hippies and planet earth enthusiasts to leave this review section. Go on, I'll wait tilI I hear your birkenstocks clop clop clop down the hallway before I begin. Heaven forbid anyone of them buy a product that isn't made from 100% organic and blessed by New Zealand made vegetarian duck farts. Yes this product comes from China, so by default everything is evil and cruel in the world and toxic and we're going to give ourselves cancer because it's not double certified and and kosher blessed by a rabbi's fart to boot. Wanting to use this product wouldn't have ANYTHING to do with the logic in seeing 10K plus positive reviews stating how these products have helped people (rolls eyes).Now that it's just you and I, I'll continue. I'm here because I was searching for amino acids to buy in bulk without fillers. I wanted something priced fair and pure. After all my searching, Bulk Supplements had the ideal products. The only thing that was left for me to do was scan through all the reviews to see if such products would help me. I have a connective tissue disorder so I made it a point to buy all the aminos that had an effect in regards to tissues of the body. I also bought Glutamine as I read that helped people with their SEVERE bread/wheat/carbohydrate cravings as I have severe bread cravings for that and dairy. I work out often and can never lost the extra 25 pounds because of my food addiction to wheat and dairy. After one day I felt a difference so noticeable I logged in and bought the other remaining 4 amino Acids I needed but did not buy before do to not wanting to spend so much. But since they work and it seems most of these will last 6 months to a year, I opened the floodgates and bought everyone that was unique to me. I ended up buying about 8 products on my first purchase 6 weeks ago.Coming from someone who has tried adding coconut oil, vitamins, probiotics, nothing ever seemed to make much of a difference. It wasn't until I started taking amino acids that everything moved forward for me in my health goals. THIS......STUFF.......WORKS! I also have chronic fatigue syndrome and I'm seeing progress in my energy and health. I want to add that I also bought the Potassium citrate. I can't EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW MUCH THAT ALSO HELPED ME! I work out every other day and I use the sauna for about 40 minutes. In conjunction with taking aminos and now getting about 5K (4700 the average, but I workout hard) mg of potassium citrate, I'm feeling so much better! Even in my workouts I had to increase the weight by about 20 percent on the machines I use, and I even had to add more reps onto my sets! My original workout felt like I never even worked out since taking these products! Now even with added weight and reps onto my workout regimen, I still feel like I didn't quite workout enough! But I keep my increases minimal as I don't want to go ahead to much. But I can't flipping believe how much these products have boosted what I can do in the weight room AND not feel like a gassed race horse when I'm done. This stuff is literally the MAGIC powder. And with how its helping me with regular health outside of working out and also keeping me from falling off on binge eating on pizza and ice cream, this stuff is it. I'll always be a consumer of these products.Since I already ordered 3 times from this company (LOL) in the last 6 weeks, I got three free sample products to try that I WOULD NOT NORMALLY BUY! But since they also helped, I ended up adding them onto my next order! And to those people that complained about getting the free samples being just a marketing ploy and other nonsense, BUGGER OFF! There are products I wouldn't have bothered to try but since I got to try them for free and I liked them, I added them onto my next purchase. Because they worked for ME. You're getting a product that could very well last for a month and free shipping, all you have to do is leave a review if you like it or not. Yes, what a scam bulk supplements is running (rolls eyes).As of now there are two other products I plan on ordering from them, the Melatonin and the BCAA 3-1-2 product. Again, I'm only doing this because of how much positive gains I'm seeing in my health and workout. Another bonus was I could never eat enough meat, I was always hungry for tuna, turkey, beef, I could never get enough and my grocery bill was always high. Now I can eat a normal serving of meat and I feel like I don't need anymore thanks to taking the Acetylcarnitine and the Creatine, components that are found in muscle tissue.How I take my supplements is as follows- I take one serving size amount of each one in the morning. Then in the evening I take one serving size of only the msm, ascorbic acid, acetyl carnitine, Arginine, L-Glutamine, D-Ribose, potassium citrate. I take this because of budget, I want what I have to last longer, but these products are most important in keeping my cravings at bay so I take them once more at night. You can take some of these 3 times a day it says, but I only do them all once, and what I just listed twice. If I was rich and could afford $300 in supplements every 2-3 months I'd take them 3 times day. But since I'm not I make them last :)In summary, what I take is what I feel my body needs. And I am 100% happy with the effects I have experienced. And as for odors like some people described when they open their packages, well.........Some of these are chemicals, aren't they? MSM will smell like a sulphur like smell, correct? Unless you want added scents to mask things (which I don't) I honestly have not had a problem with that. And for the foil cosing bag, what I did was go to Walmart and buy a package of the large sized mason jars and I use those to hold my amino's in. I can't see knocking off a star because of the foil bag seal. Just pour it in a wide mouth mason jar and get a measure spoon to dish it out.If you're wondering what products I've used with this company, if you're reading this review then this is the product I purchased and have in my pantry. I'm not rewriting a review for each item, so I am copying and pasting a review to use on every item I bought from them. Any other questions please ask, but I find that as a person with health issues and food issues these items have helped me beyond anything else I've ever tried.

My first time with this product. If they recommend 3/4 teaspoon per dose, there's plenty of room in the pack for a plastic spoon, if they wanted to be helpful. Tableware that calls itself a teaspoon is probably not accurate, and some people without appropriate measuring spoons are put in a Lurch.The powder is a reeeeeally fine powder. When your re-closing the bag, one usually tries to squeeze out extra air from the bag. Upon squeezing -- even slowly and gently, a puff of dust inevitably expels from the bag. I.e., it makes dust, which in this case is also waste. The power is soooo fine, there's no getting around it.Mix 3/4 tsp of powder into a cup of water? Except, the dust doesn't dissolve. No help with warm water. It makes a fair colloidal suspension, so drink it down and keep refilling the cup with a little water until you're satisfied that you've picked up and drank most of the remaining wet dust. You'll want a few extra mouthfuls of water, anyway, to wash down the gritty mouth.One option would be to fill empty gelatin capsules with the dust, but a dust-cloud will lift into the air if disturbed by performing such a procedure. Dust on your hands, dust on your tools, dust on the outside of the capsules, dust in the air, dust up your nose. Filling capsules suggests poking your fingers or implements into that bag, but that's the last thing you want to do unless you want dust all over. Did I mention it's a reeeally fine powder that doesn't abide gravity, so any disturbance and it's all over the place. Finer and lighter than talcum powder. At least talcum tends to clump, which helps keep it from going all over unless you want it to. There's no clumping with this mag citrate, it's just the lightest dust, ready to take off, antigravity.My first time out with this product. I should have started with the 8 oz size, but I swallowed the marketing and got the 1 lb size because it's more economical. I try not to inhale too much dust, but maybe a little mag citrate isn't such a problem, one can only hope, since I'll be dealing with this every morning for a while.----Update 11 months later...On the one hand, I complain a lot. On the other hand, I just bought another 1 Pound bag.After a month or two, the problem with uncontrolled dust just went away. I stick my spoon into the bag, then I close the bag, and I'm not troubled by a dust storm anymore. It will be interesting to see if the new bag, which is still in transit, brings another dust storm. At least, now I know that's a problem that's just at the start of the bag.Apparently, I learned at some point to just put the spoonful of dry, dusty powder straight into my mouth. Then I wash it down with water, tea, martini, whatever. There's no taste to worry about.And I stopped worrying about the 3/4 tsp. jazz. After a year, I could have gotten a measuring spoon out of the drawer, but I didn't care, contrary to how much I complained. Likely, I've been taking more than 3/4 tsp. I'm walking evidence that taking a little extra isn't a problem.Most important, different magnesium supplements absorb into your protoplasm with varying efficiency. Magnesium citrate absorbs the worst, which leaves more to arrive in your large intestine, and therefore maximizing the laxative effect of most any magnesium compound supplement.Instead, if you prefer a minimum laxative effect from your magnesium supplement, the Internet says you'll be better off with magnesium glysinate lysinate, because that one absorbs more quickly.And add some magnesium Threonate, the only mag supplement that crosses the blood-brain barrier, which is a good thing.Personally, I have a digestive problem, an injury, so a little laxative action is good for me. Now that I've calmed down, I appreciate the bulk packaging economy of this fine, dusty powder. It's ok as long as you don't inhale through your mouth and get the fine, fine powder down your windpipe by mistake. (It hasn't happened to me yet.)Even if the powder won't dissolve, my complaints have, so I'm upping my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

This Bulk Supplement brand magnesium citrate has been a great product for me. I have purchased it several times and it works very well. I find that with daily use it helps with muscle cramping and helps promote regularity in the bathroom. Unless you are an experienced user of magnesium citrate and you know your usual dosage, I suggest starting with half the suggested serving to see how it reacts to your system. Some people can be very sensitive to magnesium citrate as it can upset your stomach and send you quickly to the bathroom. I take the recommended dosage daily and it works great for me. A word of caution, I suggested this product to a co-worker who mistakenly took a double dose and said they were in the bathroom all day. So just be careful with your dosage Lol!!!

Garbage product. This is not magnesium citrate. I don’t care how cheap the price is here. I promise you are wasting your money. Watch the video showing the dissolve test. Proves the product isn’t what it claims to be. I had the same issue. This stuff doesn’t dissolve or bubble up. Alternatively try the CALM product. That product actually has magnesium citrate in it. Garbage. And Bolo doesn’t make it easy for you to get your money back. Totally sucks to be scammed.

nicely flowing dry powder
Cannot vouch for content otherwise than saying it is a very even, nicely flowing dry powder. Have no ability to analyse for purity, hence only four star but guessing aceptable quality. Package is light, saves money to mail. It is strong, however. Delivered according to schedule for good price.
All Magnesium salts solve wel in water...except this one...why???
This one does not solve well in water. Why???We tried several other Mg citrates but this one is first that does not solve.By chemistry law Mg salts solve good in water, so what is it that this is so badly dissolved?Impurities???
