Ich hatte mir das Produkt zur Darmsanierung gekauft, da ich laktoseintolerant bin. Ich wollte es nur 30 Tage nehmen, aber da sich meine Laktoseintoleranz tatsächlich besserte und ich auch weniger krank wurde (bzw. ich hatte Schnupfen, aber es ist nix schlimmeres geworden) nehme ich es seitdem durchweg, aber nur immer eine Tablette. Wer größere Tabletten nicht gut schlucken kann, dem ist das Produkt wohl nicht zu empfehlen, ich hab aber keine Probleme und ich hab das Gefühl meine Immunabwehr ist besser geworden.Es ist natürlich nur ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und man sollte noch Vitamine, Mineralien usw. über die Nahrung zu sich nehmen. ;)

Ich habe nun zum zweiten Mal OptiBac bestellt, da ich eine komplizierte Verdauung habe. Das Produkt hilft mir, mich wohler zu fühlen, nicht ständig aufgebläht, regelmäßige Entlastung. Außerdem fühle ich mich seit ich OptiBac nehme, gesunder, keine Erkältung seitdem gehabt. Ich werde das Produkt vermutlich von nun an durchgehend nehmen.
Sehr gut bei Histaminintoleranz
Ich habe ganz viele unterschiedliche Probiotika ausprobiert bevor ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen bin, und muss sagen, das ist das einzige, was mir wirklich geholfen hat bei meinem Histaminintoleranz!
