have ordered 3 times-first time was great and I recieved the refill and a dispenser bottle, second time the item was listed as delivered by Bolo but wasn't really delivered (I have things delivered to a mailbox service and they had no record of the item), third time received the cube but not the applicator bottle.... so hit or miss and all over the board depending who is actually distributing the item.
