Reading the reviews now - I have peace of mind that I didn’t just ingest a spoilt product. This taste waaayy too vinegar-y like it was pickeled. Had to check the date to make sure it wasn’t rancid. The oil adds to this odd flavor - but can’t enjoy.

The taste of this chimichurri is not good. Still I gave it 4 stars bc that is my personal opinion. Other people may think different. Too oily and the herbs do not taste like authentic chimichurri.

I am not a picky eater at all.. I LOVE food. I LOVE sauces. And I LOVE Chimichurri. With that being said this is arguably one of the nastiest sauces I have ever had. Please save your money and listen to these 1 star reviews. I did not and regret it.

You can tell from a visual inspection that spices are being used that you don't see in other Chimichuri products. I bought two jars and only used one spoon of the first one opened! Maybe the taste would be appealing to others but I can tell you it is different than any chimichurri I have tasted.
