I've been taking these supplements on and off for at least a year now. They are the best Vitamin D supplements I think I've ever taken. When I take them regularly I feel much better. I am very pleased with this purchase. I can not do any better for the number of gel caps and the cost. The gel caps are small and easy to swallow. No strange smell or taste. Another supplment advise by by provider and I was scared of the cost. I will have lab work done in about a month and I hope it shows an improvement of my Vitamin D level. If so I will continue to reorder the product.

A supplement I tolerate!
I struggle to find supplements I can tolerate because I’m allergic to corn, and almost all supplements include either corn or corn derivatives. I tolerate this Vitamin D well, and I’m relieved and so, so grateful💚
