    I'm not a huge fan of canned fruit, but this is an exception. This is really great to have on hand. Most of the fruit in the stores look odd. Pop a few cans in the fridge and, when ice-cold, one of the best treats. The juice is also great. Low in calories.

    This is the only pineapple I will buy. I eat a lot of pineapple since it helps with inflammation. This brand also has a flip top for opening that makes it easy.
